I sent my package in March, it’s July already and we haven’t received it. Worst customer service! No help at all. We won’t be using this service anymore.

I had my box picked up at home but the driver never replaces the box. I went to their office and talk to one of their representative and told me that the wife signed for it. But for sure the wife signed for it coz she is sending the box. I think you lost one of tour customer. I called before I went there and the representative told me to verify with the driver. But when I went there she is surprised. It was a nice customer service coz she did not do anything about it. Your customer service sucks. I sent a box last year as well and the box was opened. We were not able to complain coz the father-in-law just died at the time. Beware sa mga nagpapadala.

Very helpful. Unfortunately for me I did not get the complete mailing address from my cousin. So now I'll have to wait for my vousins address then go back to Umac to drop the package off

I just spoke to them today. The lady who answered the phone absolutely has no manners at all. Dont go to this place go somewhere else.

Patient in listening to your queries. Fees are reasonable. Transit time for shippping of boxes is fast. My packages arrived on time and in good condition. Kudos to your company!

Driver was never on time to pick up the package. We were told the package was going to be picked up at certain time. We postponed our plans for the day. Driver came 1 hour and 30 minutes late. Very disappointed.

Worse experiance for sending boxes to the philippines, My Box was open and stuff was taken and contacted them and they always have excuses! Months later still no phone calls. They ignore me and pretend nothing happen. SENDER BEWARE!
