I highly recommend kelowna karate and fitness. Sensei Paul is an amazing instructor and I love the fact that I can take classes with my kids. It teaches them respect , discipline and there is a great family like feeling there. By far the coolest thing I have ever been a part of.

Kelowna Karate and Fitness
My son has been in Karate for 6 years. It wasn't until we moved to Kelowna and enrolled in Kelowna Karate 2 years ago that we realized what a great discipline Karate is. My son has grown immensely since being trained by Sensei Paul. Paul is a great Sensei that everyone admires and looks up to, he sets the bar high and his students work hard for his respect.

Kelowna Karate and Fitness
My 7 year old daughter and I have been in the family karate class for about 6 months, and we are both loving it :) It is a great workout, you can push yourself as hard as you want, there are all different skill and fitness levels. Sensei Paul is great with people of all ages, and very patient with kids. I highly recommend this dojo to anyone interested in the sport, or just as an activity to do with your kids :)

My son has been with Paul Sensei since 2008. He has learned so much from a wonderful instructor. Paul is great with the kids and with pushing his student to perform at their best. I would highly recommend anyone interested in karate to come here.
