Bit of a wait, but overall a great place, they are really good with younger kids. Cool atmosphere. Also they serve drinks.

Had appointments for myself and son at 11 am first time going there herd advertising on radio thought I would give it a chance. my son got in.. my appointment got double book along with seemed to be at least 1-2 others in the same situation. Terrible organization at the desk I was not accommodated just asked to wait longer which probably would have been another hour. Hair dresser did a fantastic job but I would never go back due to front desk organization

I got my hair cut back in January right before new years, and I've thought about whether I should write a review for a while now. After seeing my usual stylist in Toronto yesterday he said that he has no idea what technique was even used on my hair. He showed me in detail how the layers were pretty much hacked with thin strands hanging off the bottom. I regreted my hair cut the moment I came home back in Jan, but waited to see my stylist to confirm whether it was just me or the person who cut my hair did something wrong. My husband and brother have gone to this place for while a now and they always have good haircuts with the other ladies, but this lady that did my hair absolutely hacked away at my layers ,and now I'm left with letting them grow out. What gets me is that they charged me over $90 for this cut and my senior stylist in Toronto charges $70 and does a way better job. I think this place does a great job with men's cuts but if you're looking for a woman's cut, I suggest going somewhere else.

Love Alessandra! She is very patient and great with kids and she does an amazing job on my 3 year old sons haircut.

First time going and the staff did a great job. Never felt rushed and felt very week taken care of. Will definitely be coming back

I always go to Sarah.not only is she fast she does a great job.listens and gives you exactly what you ask for which is rare now a days.great straight razor shave aswell

I was quite impressed by Kelsey. I recently finished many rounds of chemotherapy and was treated with respect, kindness and a high degree of professionalism. (It doesn't hurt that the haircut was awesome.) She didn't talk down to me and showed me how to simply upkeep my new short style. I didn't have the best experience at Hairquarters when they buzzed my hair off before the treatments started, and they weren't very nice to me at Supercuts when I inquired about prices. It was time for a change, a friend recommended Tootsie's, and I will absolutely be back and requesting Kelsey again.

[Emerson - 4:45pm - Dec 12]Had a great experience. Atmosphere is unique and welcoming, chairs were ridiculously comfy, and my hairstylist (Alexandra?) with the long purple hair was friendly and understood my jumble of an explanation of how I wanted my hair lopped off. Definitely coming back

I had an amazing straight razor shave and a great conversation while getting shorn! I only wish that the straight blades that are used were actual straight blades and not safety razors, but it won't keep me from coming back!
