Worse customer service EVER. I was quoted $18.95 + tax for my items. On the receipt the lady wrote $8.95 for shirts and $10 for shirt and puts total $30.50 i didn't notice it until i got home, because she said you pay when you pick up. When i went to pick up my order she tells me no that is wrong she actually under charged you, its $32.50. I said how is $8.95 + $10.00 = $32.50 she again tells me that the lady only worked there 1 day and made a mistake ( well take it out of her pay )I said and how do you then increase the price and not call to inform me. She says i was busy. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I will be notifying the better business bureau and calling the corporate office

Gave me the lowest price they could, ended up being lower than the initial estimate. Fixed two dresses, now like new.

My husband has a Shiatsu neck massager that is only a year old and the webbed covering over the massage balls on one side shredded. We did not think we would be able to get it fixed but Natasha did a fantastic job! She sewed a large patch both inside and outside and it looks and works great! She was very helpful and friendly and did a far better job than we ever expected! We were very happy with her repair!!

Today is August 19, 2022. This business is still strictly requiring masks. Rather than argue, I simply left and went to Nick's Cleaners on East Main Street.

I had them repair zippers of two winter jackets. One had the handle ripped off, and another had very sticky slider. After less than $8 per zipper, GOOD AS NEW!!

Good! A little pricey, but I understand that the garment I brought in was rather thick & required a lot of fabric to be taken off. My order was ready on time and the work was perfect. Thank you!

Unfriendly, unhelpful, and deliberately difficult. Will not be going back. Went to Stitch It in the Seaway Mall instead, and they understood exactly what we needed.
