The worst possible place . My friend went there for a job interview and the way they treated her was in humane . The moment she got there they started giving her big big works without explaining anything and also said we won’t repeat anything so listen everything with your eyes and ears open . They made my friend wait about an hour or so after giving her a time for the interview. Won’t comment on the food but I don’t think a Business should be respected if they don’t respect their employees. Would have given negative starts if there was a option .

Wasn't too bad. Prices are pretty good. 4 piece chicken combo for $11 including tax. If you're a student near UW it's not a bad place for a quick lunch (better than a $9 BLT from Tim Hortons). The chicken was alright.For me 4/5 stars is above-average food. For me this place felt like another average fried chicken shop like Popeyes.

Update May 2023: So far the best fried chicken shop in Waterloo, neat and clean chicken pieces, definitely more healthier and flavorful than Popeyes and Church.Update Sept 2022: Suggestion: Please put less salt in fried chicken, from past few weeks, its getting salty, also even the spicy flavored one is more salter than regular one. I love your fried chicken, its one of the best clean and nicely broasted fried chicken, just put the less salt in marination or dont sprinkle it over pieces.I tried chicken on fries too, I love it .. fresh cut fries n boiled steam slightly grilled chicken pieces on top of it with garlic mayo , simple and tasty!Thank you for taking care of my last suggestion, we are getting burgers in boxes for last couple of months now :)Update: Star reduced due to burger bun and beef patty quality and the way how it wrapped inside aluminum wrapper. Burger beef patty lost the taste and size and wrapping hot burgers inside aluminum made the buns soggy.Rooster chicken burger is now hit and miss, sometimes it tastes best and properly cooked and sometimes very chewy.Fried Chicken are still in good quality and taste.4/5 #halal everything is halal (beef , chicken and poutine gravy). Budget Deals everyday. Delicious juicy tender fried chicken. Scrumptious burgers. Highly recommend to try this out. I had Spicy Rooster Chicken burger, Rooster Deluxe and Beef Deluxe Burgers, all of them are flavorful even the spicy fried chicken fully marinated with spices. Must try hot apple pie and mashed potatoes in sides.Definitely better healthier option than Church Chicken as the batter of this fried chicken is different (no triple dipping I guess). Less oily and greasy than Popeyes.Prices are very reasonable for all menu items apart from everyday deals.

The bone in chicken is delicious! Especially with the spicy sauce. We decided to try a pizza and were amazed at how good it was. The only down side was the type of pepperoni that was used tasted like a cold cut pepperoni. Overall a good spot. Highly reccommend

This place used to be better. After, merging the fried chicken with hooka place. They have some specials which are worth paying for. Wings and 4 pieces specials are a good choice and the sandwich is not something that I liked.

It's pretty good fried chicken and also at a decent price. They do take a while to make the food, but I guess they make it to order, which is a good thing instead of serving chicken that has been sitting for a while.I highly recommend the rooster deluxe burger - it's about

I recently visited Rooster Fried Chicken restaurant, and I have to say, I was highly disappointed with my experience. The burger I ordered was incredibly soggy and lacked any real flavor or texture. It was not worth the money I paid for it at all.To make matters worse, the staff did not bother to provide me with any napkins or condiments. As a result, I had to eat my subpar meal without any of the necessary accessories that would have made it somewhat bearable.Overall, I would not recommend Rooster Fried Chicken to anyone looking for a satisfying meal. The lack of attention to detail and overall poor quality of the food make it clear that this restaurant will not last long in the industry. Save your time and money and look for other dining options in the area

I don’t know how - but they always have the best consistent fried chicken. I wouldn’t order a burger or tenders or whatever others may be complaining about. This is a fried chicken place, stick to that.But Damn they do a great job at the chicken. Always crispy, always fresh. With a place like this, there’s no reason you should ever be at KFC or Popeyes.Highly recommend.

I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant at all (not even for its value). I had ordered the pizza and (10) piece chicken wings. The pizza was decent, however the chicken wings weren’t breaded properly and there wasn’t tons of meat on the bone. There are a lot better options for similar value so do yourself a favor and don’t eat here!
