I have waited over a month for a phone call from maintenance. I should say over 6 weeks. I have placed several calls into the office. We had our 1st snowfall their plow job and clearing of snow joke! The Shingles that came off the roofs over 2 months ago due to the storm are still all over the ground prior to the snowfall And I give them over a $1000 a month and rent

The apartments are lovely , clean , and the manager was very very helpful , it was a pleasure , felt like home

I lived here for two years and i had really bad experience with everything include maintance, lauondary, and the apartment induction ,and the voices of the water pump that was i think attached somewhere through our apartment near by washroom doorThey have one person for maintance as we called thm so many times as induction was not work properly and no one even came to fix it up and they have no exhaust fan. So hard to cook in winter times as u have to open windows and no system in the lauondary as its a coin lauondary sometimes coin stick inside machine but machine never works and with all other so many issuses at the end when we left the apartment lady was suppose to come to see the final time apartment but she never shows up becuase of snow so while waiting for her we cleaned three times and when i ask for my refund of security deposit she said this is not cleaned and this is not cleaned. So plz guys don’t take service from them as you are just gonna waste your money as they will never refund our money back. Very poor experience i had. Never see the company like that before in my life.

I have an upstairs neighbour that blasts music at all hours so loud that the burners on my stove vibrate, everyone in the building has complained multiple times and nothing has ever been done. This neighbour also left a couch on my section of the deck for weeks. Called the office to have it removed, they said they would and never did.

Clean apartments,helped to friend to take garbage out to the garbage shed.The shed was very smelly of course.Thought the shed should be checkrd more often and disinfected to cut down on the oders.

I have a very good experience of Kent Fields Estates Ltd in Wolfville and also my manager Melaine.

Currently renting here if I had anywhere else to goni would , there is one specific maintenance worker that tends to enter apartments without proper notice/permission the office says well what hhey consider an emergency and what I do could be two different things it's happened twice since I've lived here so I'll be going to the tenancy board and hopefully starting something to make better for tenants rights especially rent increases etc..

Beautiful apartments, well taken care of, pleasure to drive through the open concept of the parking.

Lived in an apartment that door needed to be replaced...my power bill was 1200 for two months...once I moved they redid the door...the driveway all that would have kept me there. I would NOT recommend them at all. If I could half the star or even comment without a star I would.

Currently renting from this company prices are fair to starr but rent will go up by 10.00$ every year and begin to be unreasonable. They are not the best with fixing things that needs to be fixed.
