Better Living Health and Community Services

My good PSW left because her supervisors were suddenly gone" one after another. Then Better Living kept sending me all different PSW every week. They did not want to do what I needed them to do or what was agreed upon in my care plan. They threw paper towels in my toilet

Staff are doing an excellent job of programming for both the social and physical needs of seniors. I particularly enjoy the FELDENKRAIS program. FELDENKRAIS is a very gentle series of movements which cause no stress, injury or fatigue to the body. The result of these gentle movements is a decrease in joint pain, increased fluidity of movement and an overall improvement in balance, strength and body awareness.FELDENKRAIS has helped many participants regain mobility after surgery, accident or stress that has resulted in restricted movement.

It was a lovely day and I went to the stroll for seniors as a volunteer. Spend my time well with the senior citizens of our society. The whole moment was lovely and I’m thriving for next years walk. Will surely join them as a volunteer inshallah.
