Our cat, Bonga, absolutely LOVES Dr. Rayala. He is so gentle with the animals and has wonderful communication skills with us owners as well. Beside the fact that Bonga looks forward to his visits with Dr. R and all the knowledgeable staff here, the part that I appreciate the most about this veterinary clinic is the fact that if there is a health issue with your pet, you are presented with all the options, including an honest and up-front explanation of the costs involved.There is never any attempt to make you feel guilty nor to pressure you into spending more money. I have had this experience at other vet offices, but never here.Overall, Dr. R is so knowledgeable and compassionate, the atmosphere is cheerful and and very positive for both animal and human visitors. I can't recommend them enough.

Prices are great, they are friendly always. Never had anything bad happen. I feel they genuinely love and care for animals, unlike some other vets I've had. They have been dealing with one of my 3 dogs regularly since she has a difficult case of allergies and they have been nothing short of amazing. They always get me into an appointment within a few days of my call again unlike other vets which are booked months in advance. I applaud them ♥️

Great experience here. My dog is slowly getting better from having a very serious infection in her paw. These people are professional and respectful.

Our dogs just love the team here! They are so kind, get you in promptly when you have an issue and always take the time to explain and answer questions. Highly recommend!!!!

I’m not going to rate this any lower as I love Dr Rayala but I am disgusted with what happened today.I recommended my partner go to Oxford animal hospital with her two dogs as I take my dog and cat there for years and have always had a great experience. I used to appreciate how thorough Dr R was with telling me the price of everything and the multiple options as vets can be expensive and no one likes being surprised. Well when I walked in with my partner today I was shocked to not recognize any of the vet techs that are normally there and then to have a completely different vet walk in which completely changed my experience with Oxford animal hospital - first you’re a vet, do not tell us how to train our dogs and what harnesses etc we should be using, she did not notify us of what anything would cost. My partner was visibly upset finding out our dog had contracted Lyme disease only to get to the counter and have the receptionist pass us the debit machine without even AUDIBLY TELLING US A PRICE to see almost $1200. We are willing to pay the money but to just have a debit machine shoved in our faces without any warning of what the total was is not what I love and appreciated about Oxford animal hospital. This is incredibly disappointing and we will more than likely be looking for another vet.

I recently took my puppy to Oxford Animal Hospital in London Ontario for all three sets of shots, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the visitation process hassle-free. We had no trouble getting our puppy all three sets of shots, and the staff made sure that both we and our puppy felt comfortable throughout the process. Oxford Animal Hospital offers great prices on their services, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly veterinary clinic

So glad for this incredible place, with such a caring vet and wonderful team. Our dog tore his nail at the base today and although I was initially calling for flea and tick medication, this actually happened while I was on the phone with them. They were able to give me an appointment with the vet in the next couple of hours, which we really appreciated and they gave me some first aid information to help stop the bleeding while we waited. When we got there, the vet, who is always so kind, professional and efficient, assessed the injury and told us that unfortunately our dog needed to be sedated to remove the nail properly. He educated us about the injury and explained what needed to be done. He then provided us with a quote, and told us about the anesthesia he needed to use. We appreciated his thoroughness and left our boy in his capable hands. When we returned for him, we received pain meds, antibiotics and the team even crafted a little bootie for our boy to wear over his bandage, to keep it dry, out of an IV bag and some gauze! So kind and thoughtful of them!! The bill was cheaper than we’d expected and the costs were more than reasonable! We are so impressed with the care here and so glad they were so willing to help us. They genuinely care about animals, as can be seen, not only by the kindness they show and the way they don’t overcharge, but by how accommodating they are! I’d give them 10 stars, if I could!!

The staff here is amazing. So kind, remember you and take the time to get to know you and your animals. We’ve been coming here for years and will continue with all our litters.Highly recommend.

They are very caring and heart warming with our fur babies as we are.
