When you book a session in advance, make sure you read ALL of your emails. The company sends reminders about a meeting a couple of times. But the most important emails (Agreement and Invoice) come without company name in the subject one day in advance. No one reminds you about those. But when you have already cancelled all of your plans, sitting there, waiting for the session that should start in 5 minutes, they will just cancel your meeting. Unfortunately, it was very unpleasant experience for me. No respect to other people's time.
