This is the best nail salon in all of Windsor Essex County! Hilary, who did my engagement nails and was truly remarkable! She is detail oriented, listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered flawlessly. I get so many compliments on my nails and I’ve never been disappointed. The best pedicures too. The salon is also very clean and hygienic. If all else fails, elegance nail spa always delivers!! Thank you Hilary!

I went to this spa a few weeks ago and I had a blast. I was surprised by the super nice and friendly staff. Especially, Hilary and Lee were greattt. They showed their enthusiasm and skills in their work. The luxurious pedicure made me feel so good!! It was really really pretty and the patience of the staff amazed me. The only bad thing that I faced here was that I had to wait quite long to get a service. I hope they’ll work on it very soon. Anyway, I’m pretty sure I’ll come here again for my nail care routine.

Never EVER going back to this place again. I just went to get my acrylic nails taken off and they charge me $40, AND they didn’t even do a good job. I had to go home and fix my nails myself. That’s ridiculous. And the last time I came they did a horrible job too. There’s ONE lady who does a good job you might get if you’re lucky, but the rest of the workers are terrible. They advertise very detailed designs on their Instagram but when I asked for a VERY simple design they couldn’t do it. So they’re a scam. Never coming back here and I wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone.

Went here today with my mom and bestie for my baby shower nails and pedicure. The ladies here are so nice and the pedicure was so relaxing. 10 out of 10 recommended!!!!

The wife and I went here today. We googled and found them since they were one of the only ones open on a Sunday. It was a very nice, clean place. We both got the deluxe pedicure and she got her Mani as well. We were both happy with the service. This will likely be our new spot. Nice and quiet on a Sunday. Walked in and got service right away.Update: My wife's shellac nail polish started to peel off after just a week. It should last much longer. I noticed my feet really weren't as soft as normal after getting a pedicure. They didn't even look like they had been done. I'm thinking because they don't use the razor it's not as good of a job. I don't think we will be back.

Really amazing. I've been here a few times and it feels so good after just getting out. The staff was very friendly. They make me like I have a new hand. The pedicure service was excellent. If you use your feet a lot at work, treat yourself with a hot stone massage here.

I wanted to get my nails done for prom, and despite it being last minute, they fit me in for an appointment no problem! I've been to different salons in the area, but none as good as this. The ladies are so so kind and extremely detail oriented. Not to mention how fair the prices are- I was able to get a full set for $55. Definitely coming back to Elegance! :)
