I called about a gas oven that didn't work right—it couldn't bake or broil. Nathan immediately got to work and didn't waste any time. He worked quickly and identified the issue correctly. He called the next day to get the part and fix it right away. It was a wonderful encounter, and I would highly recommend Nathan's services!!

We had a crack in the water line of our fridge and called out Crimson. Nick came and checked it and confirmed the leak, he also indicated that the valve for the main water flow was corroded due to a small leak as well. We paid half the cost up front and within a week he was back and fixed both issues. Before he left he checked that all was working right - which I appreciated. We were happy with the prompt service.

A technician completed the repair, but damaged our floor and reinstalled the dishwasher incorrectly (connection upside down, casings not used to secure the dishwasher, causing dishes to crash to the floor). Their terms and conditions - which I didn't receive until I paid the invoice - absolve Crimson of all responsibility. I didn't receive a call back from management after repeatedly trying to reach them about my complaint. I am disappointed given Crimson's good reviews here.

When our chest freezer suddenly stopped working late one evening (it was full!), we had no idea what to do. To slow down the defrosting process and act as insulation, we packed it for the night with blankets. He rushed over when we called Nathan early in the morning! Nathan was incredible! Excellent, prompt service in addition to being friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced. We will always use Nathan to repair our appliances in the future! He's our guy!

I received excellent service at a reasonable price for my washing machine repair. Because the pump's propeller had broken, he was fortunate to have a spare in his work vehicle. Bonus points for finishing the repair on a Sunday, when I didn't have to miss work. Additionally, he examined the drum and hose for any additional loose change, which was the cause of the break. He discovered a nickel in the hose, which in the long run would have destroyed the new pump. Five stars go to this business. Thank you so much.

The best appliance repairman is Nathan. He quickly fixed the pump problem in our washing machine. He provided extremely helpful and thorough explanations. 9 days ago I called Crimson to come take a look at my fridge which was no longer cooling properly, they made an appointment for that afternoon so I made sure someone would be home to meet the repairman as in the modern times a working fridge is somewhat important. The repairmen did not arrive in the allotted time window, so I called at the end of the day and made arrangements for the next morning.The repairman arrived and diagnosed the problem telling me the cost of the parts and labor and that it would be 2-4 days for the parts and they would need a 50% deposit which I agreed to and paid.On the morning of the last day I called to see if the part had attained and when they would be sending someone out to repair the fridge so I could arrange to have someone there in their time window and was informed that the night before the manager"
