The lady minda rongavilla did not understand my statement and put me 800 dollar tax without any reason. It is wrost experience with her. Because she did not tru to understand what i am saying and what is my situation. She update my wrong information in system by herself

Had a wonderful experience at this location. After finding out that there was a mistake on the bill-of-sale for our new car, we scrambled to get every document together from the previous owner. Showing up just 5 minutes prior to closing, agent Julia went out of her way, staying nearly twenty minutes past closing in order to help us register our new vehicle. Very happy with the service we received as first time customers here!

I've had difficulty getting a photo ID in the past and had a lot of concerns coming in. However, the staffer who served me eased my anxieties immediately by verifying I had done my part before coming in. She instilled further confidence in me as she made extra effort to cover all the bases. I was very pleased with my experience. Thank you!

worst place to try get photo identification. did the guarantor form and completed several knowledge drivers tests prior to visiting this location. As a mpi client was turned away 6 times and told my guarantor form was now cancelled and to start over after bringing birth certificate, sin #, pay stub and E.I statement of account. Nothing was approved according to the workers at this location. Was told no" for the last time and finally went to Standard Insurance on Main and Mountain whom said your client # is all that was needed and they did the photo ID application right there within 5 minutes after entering their building. not recommending this place waste of time to try work with them."

I always go to this location for my MPI needs to see Minda! Highly recommend! Super friendly and knowledgeable!
