Horrible branch, got insulted by anperson called HElENE. I will need to escalate this to the branch manager, wanted to open a company account and this person insulted me and was very condesending for no reason. not the first time i deal with that rude person! No action was taken the foirst time, is that a real bank ?

Habituellement j'ai un très bon service mais Hélène m'a servie et c'était assez désagréable... tous les autres conseillers parlaient aisément avec leur client du moment et moi je criais littéralement à travers la vitre et elle ne me regardais même pas. À chaque phrase avant même que je la termine elle me disais je comprend rien" sans même faire d'effort pour comprendre."

went to this location multiple times and most of the staff is helpful except for this one lady name Helene. She was pretty rude and when I would ask her questions, she would respond with an attitude. Id prefer to avoid this branch in the future.

When you look at Google maps and it says open it should be open. And not you arrive and the branch is closed. I wast my time to come here.
