My first time being seen by a Chiropractor. The customer service far exceeds any I've experienced in a long time. From the arrangement on the phone for an appointment, to the in person greeting and last but certainly not least, the exceptional professional care provided by Dr.Shawn!!! Thank you. It's clear to see that this is not just a job and we are not just numbers!! The care and compassion in their work speaks volumes. Not to mention....my pain was next to none when I left!!! Thank you for your care!!

Super convenient location and the staff is awesome. Receptionists are always welcoming and friendly. Sean is my physiotherapist and the treatment on my ankle has worked wonders.Highly recommend anyone on the fence about getting physio done. It definitely works.They also direct bill to your insurance company which is super convenient.

I've been seeing Dr. Chris for a few years now. He is very knowledgeable, caring and absolutely the best bedside manner.Today he carved out time, outside of booking hours to see my son who had a sports-related foot injury. Dr. Chris took his time, examined the injury, made my son feel very comfortable and recommended the state of the art treatment available to him for speedy recovery - Class IV laser!! After this visit, my son felt so much more positive and confident about his recovery process. He said 'I will tell all my teammates about Dr. Chris'! He took business cards and is anxious to spread the word. Everyone is also so welcoming and accommodating. It's just who they are!

Awesome team from the receptionist to the doctor. Great vibes and energy, clean and neat place. Dr. Chris is the best chiropractor I've seen in my life and I have seen so many! He knows his stuff, his diagnosis always on spot and he knows your pain and can relief it from the very 1st session. For the past 3 years of visiting this clinic, they always go above and beyond.First time I visited as one physician told me I have the carpal tunnel disease and made me wear the wrist corset for months without getting any better but when Dr Chris checked it up, it was severe stiffness in the neck and he treated within a matter of few weeks and the pain was gone for ever. If you have a restraining pain for any reason, please do yourself a favor and start with Dr Chris.

The folks at Apex have been great from the start. Wlodek was professional and made me feel comfortable. He took the time to assess me carefully. After a few visits I felt so much better. I will definitely recommend seeing him.

Dr. Cameron Tranchell is an excellent chiropractor. I’ve been to other physiotherapists and doctors and nobody else provided the level of attention to detail that he did. He has helped me with my lower back issues, hip mobility and even recommended improvements to my current workout routine to minimize injury. He always has your best interest at heart and is very genuine and caring in his approach. 11/10, I highly recommend him to all my friends and family!

We were Dr. Chris first patients. My family and I had were in a car accident that total our family van. We went to see Apex physiotherapist and met Dr.Chris when he just open. He took care of my family and nurse us back to health. Dr. Chris you deserve more than 5 stars I would give you 10. His mom was the receptionist at the time she was amazing. From front desk experience to the doctors I’m grateful to have very professional and caring staff. My children were comfortable with all the staff and look forward to our appointment there. Great first session! Dr Shawn is professional, personable and informative! He hit all the nails on the head when helping me to identify the multiple root sources of my pain. Very friendly, welcoming staff and facility. Great pricing as well. Looking forward to the rest of my treatments!
