Great service super polite and patient. I'm happy with my repair (phone screen was broken) and I'm extremely impressed with how I observed your manager dealing with a customer who was rude and verbally abusive. I hope his day got better. As I was uncomfortable with the whole interaction.

May/18/2023 - Excellent service and fast response in the Oshawa store. I took my Mac because of a swollen battery and they replaced it in no time at all. They also did a test to make sure all buttons and functions were working before drop off and when I went to pick it up! Super friendly and nice to deal with! Will definitely go back for other services!

I have a wonderful experience. They were very helpful. My cell phone screen was broken so i called and spoke to them. They ordered the part and when it Arrived, gave me a call and fixed the screen in 2 hrs. Very reasonable service charges.

The staff was pleasant and took the time to look over my son Nintendo switch and see if it was something that could be done quickly. Sadly, it wasn't but they at least tried. They also told me that it would be up to 1-3 days to fix issue. It was back and working in 2 days. They were upfront about costs and I appreciate the fact that if had they not been able to fix it they wouldn't have charged me.
