TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I really had a bad experience on 7/4/2023 with one of the td employee.This is not the first time.Customers should switch to other banks.

You charge me enough in banking fee, maybe hire more staff/tellers to speed up response times and pay them better wages, then I'll consider giving you 5 stars. Until then, you'll remain at the bottom of my love list.

Be prepared to wait at least 30-45 minutes every time you visit and you can’t even complain, rude staff will put you in your place! and don’t do anything about the extremely long lines.

1st and last time going to this branch. Need to hire more staff, way too long lines. Approx. 30+ to see a teller.Best of luck to all the customers that visit this location.

No one should use their ATM on this branchMe and my wife went to this branch and use the ATM to withdrawn 1000$ and the the ATM machine gave as 700. They have very slow and poor investigation and we are still waiting for there final answer.

UPDATE: I was contacted by the manager of the branch after contacting the customer support per the response from the owner reply". I stated I would consider returning if I received an apology directly from the advisor who was rude to me. He stated he would ask her to do so through a call or an email. That discussion was held at the beginning of December and no follow up from them. He also stated that he was slowly trying to improve wait times and that due to turnover in staff and shifting of staff many of the tellers were new. Since then

The bank tellers here do not pay attention and do not listen to the request given, leaving you to fix their mess. I Went in to have a cheque deposited into a specific account. I even asked to ensure it was done corectly and advised it was. However, when i left , i decided to check my account just to ensure it was done correctly; and of course, it was not. It was placed in an account that i did not request it to be placed in.This is the second time this has happened at this same location because people DO NOT LISTEN".I typically drive 20 minutes out of my home area to provost bank

ANOTHER ONE. Another TD bank branch with a machine that doesn’t take cash deposits. Why do you guys at TD bank fix these issues? Why? You guys collect account fees from every single bank account yet cannot keep YOUR property machines in working order. What an inconvenience. Never returning to this location. It’s time to start my own banking institution! #BankOfPrav

The people are nice but they have no reception system. You make an appointment and there's no one to tell that you've arrived. If you wait for teller you are told to sit on the sofa chairs.Staff walk past you sitting there but no ever ask who you're waiting for. Went there last week and waited 20 min for someone to take the time an notice us.The staff are very nice a knowledgeable but a reception system is required for appointments.

I learned today if you decide to get a bank draft of more than $5000, it requires two signatures. One is the person allowing the payment to be taken out of their account and the other is the bank teller from the branch to confirm the transaction.I am with TD ever since I was a child and opened my first banking account with them. Today, Mom and I required a bank draft to allow a big purchase on a car. We walked into this specific branch and walked out with no problems at all. We ended up buying the car in Mississauga and having a meal after.Then this branch called my mom relating to the bank draft they gave out. It turns out TWO signatures are required on the draft. My mom's signature was there. Their's wasn't. So they asked us if we can repick up the draft, drive back to this branch, sign it off, then return to the car dealership. The audacity. I needed to verify it was their fault on their end and we shouldn't be taking a trip to Scarborough. Then they okayed me to go to another branch to verify their authoriziation through telephone call between managers.So I brought the new car back to the dealership, got the draft, went to another TD branch, and thankfully, the manager there authorized the transaction via phone call. This whole process took 1 hour and 30 minutes, where we had to cancel plans for the day for this. I am thankful for the manager (at Mississauga) for speaking on my behalf, but this is truly unacceptable. Keep in mind, we have family friends who drove us from Scarborough to Mississauga. So at least 4 people have been impacted by this situation.I have yet to receive compensation and reading the comments for this branch, I can see that I am not the only one going through miserable experiences.So let it be known to the reader, that if you need to make complicated transactions outside of depositing, withdrawing, and transferring money between accounts (they can do that), then go to another branch. You will save headaches, frustration/anger, and stress as their competence is severely lacking.And you need TWO signatures when making a bank draft of over $5000. Do check before you leave. My experience is a situation for a car. Imagine if it is for a residence, like a condo or house.My hope is not only you are informed (and not the same mistake I did), but this branch can get their act together and hopefully receive a review that they are a branch they can be trusted to handle complicated transactions.Thanks for reading and happy banking :)
