Exceptional service.Dr. Sassi: The best optometrist ever. His old school style to patient care means that he provides a thorough examination and takes his time to explain things and answer all your questions. He is especially good at explaining complex eye physiology in an easy to understand manner – he carefully went over my eye images with me and I felt comfortable & confident as I understood what he was explaining.Optician Adam Sassi: The glasses selection is amazing. Adam has curated a unique collection of frames with an emphasis on quality. If you’re looking for a new pair definitely check him out; this is not your typical optometrist office selection of frames! He has many frames I’m sure you won’t find elsewhere. Adam patiently helped me select both regular glasses and sunglasses – both of which I am extremely happy with. When I picked up my glasses he fine-tuned the fit, taking his time to adjust the frames to make sure they fit perfectly.Staff are super friendly and helpful; it’s a family-run business!

These guys are awesome! Great after-sales service. Everyone is friendly and tries to help you out anyway they can. Every single time I've walked out of there I've been blown away. They truly appreciate their customers and it shows when you need to go back to them with an issue.

It’s wonderful to have Dr Sassi back in our area. My family first went to him in the 1980’s and today in his new practice he provides the same through and conscientious service he always has. This is a family business with his son and a very friendly office to deal with. I’m so happy he decided to return his practice to Niagara. If your looking for an optometrist thus is the place to go.

I sent over the website to get in contact with concerns I had about my eye sight during my evening shift. The next day I received a call to come in for an exam.Quickest response I had received for an appointment!Great location.Parking on site.Clean, modern and well organized office.As well good upkeep with Public Health standards in keeping staff and patients safe.Knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming staff!A thorough exam had been completed to rule out what I was exhibiting.Dr. Sassi and his staff taken the time to explain the tests that were performed in detail, very genuine and great chair side manor from everyone.Test results had provided information and relief as I was home away from home and did not want anything compromising safety when traveling.All things said and done, very satisfied.I can see why this office is highly recommended.

AMAZING Clinic. I've never had such an amazing experience at the eye doctor.Dr. Sassi is fantastic. He is a plethora of knowledge, and obviously cares deeply for his patients.Michaela is also absolutely wonderful, who also shares the same care for their patients.I was truly blown away by the staff. 11/10 Highly recommended.

I am so happy Dr. Sassi is opened up shop again! He is so personable, he knows how to have fun but gets the job done and the old practice where he used to be was never the same after he left. All of his staff is very helpful and really takes their time with you. Dr. Sassi was even helping me pick out glasses! I never knew a eye appointment could be so much fun. Everyone in that office is amazing! He also has really up to date equipment.
