Lovely people working on the store, came in to get bath bombs for my niece and the person explained to me that all of the ingredients they use are safe for kids. Also I am very sensitive for strong smells but the store smells nice but not too strong like other soap stores

Wow. First time ever in LUSH and I am hooked thanks to the incredible salesperson, Vanessa. I was blown away at how she was able to find exactly the products I needed for my situation AND show me some new stuff. How she knows all that stuff about all their products? Who know, maybe she's actually a robot. :) The whole experience was lovely and I cannot wait to go back!

The staff here are amazing but I wanted to specifically shout out Blake who honestly made my day today. I brought my child in with me because we were trying to escape the heat and grab stuff to relax at home and they were SO helpful, and made us feel so comfortable. Thank you so much Blake and I hope you had a great rest of your day! We will definitely be back.

This review comes super super SUPER late from when I went to visit this specific location but I cannot praise three specific ladies enough from this store. What a team! I was helped immensely by a lovely lady by the name of Liv. She was able to explain products to me knowing my needs as well as the ones I had around my little nieces and nephew. Liv helped me understand what products would possibly work the best for each rugrat and while she chased down some products for me, two other employees Kinsey helped along the way. We have since been repeat customers to products they had recommended such as sleepy soap their dream cream and sleepy dusting powder. My nephew enjoyed the Honey I wanted the kids soap."I personally use the slept bubbles bar. Perfect after a long day at work or from the gym.Customer service and solid products makes for a happy customer."

Definitely my favourite Lush location not just because it is near me, but because the shop employees are so friendly and kind. They always know how to help you find just the right item you are looking for for yourself or someone else. Don't be afraid to use their knowledge.
