Amazing store. Great selection of clothing and accessories. Perfect place to find a gift for a friend or family member (or yourself, let’s be honest). They have the cutest cards, amazing jewelry, delicious smelling candles and soap and so much more.

Best customer service in a clothing store in Nanaimo! These girls are SO lovely, helpful and just generally kind and laid back. I love to go there. They treat me and my 5 years old daughter so nicely that she adores to go there because they give her attention and while they let her ask them their favorite color and chatt a lil' I can shop around a bit ! Whomever is the owner must be making sure the primary focus is customer service first, because they just do it right and well! (Which is becoming rare these days) Or they just happen to find the kindest salespersons... :) Very nice quality of clothes and decor too. ♥️recommend.

Love the products and the girls are really nice, but I do have to agree with the other reviewer...... Very annoying to shop around in when everything you touch is commented on in a tacky way. I understand customer service and all but it's super intrusive sometimes. Back off a little?

I absolutely love this place! The clothes are reasonabley priced, and they also have the cutest accessories. They even carry little bundles of sustainably harvested Palo Santo wood. I also found a vegan leather purse on sale. Emma in Duncan was so helpful today!

They were so helpful in getting me holiday gifts via curbside pickup and the products are all beautiful. Wish I could have been there for the sing-along in the comment below lol, I would have gladly stayed for that.

wonderful store + outstanding staff!! I bought jeans from them a while ago, the ladies spent over an hour helping me find the right pair. They ripped the next day, so I took them back and they were so kind with refunding the first & helping me find a new pair which I’m still so in love with. I left smiling both times I went here!

I love this store! The aesthetic is super beautiful, great range of local, curated products, and everything is awesome quality. The staff are also lovely people. I pop in every few months for a big haul. Always feels good to support lovely local businesses. Highly recommended.

Beautiful store! Went in today, braving the weather. One employee was running the shop all by herself because of the storm, and she was so lovely and was handling all the different customer needs seamlessly. Normally there are a couple of people on staff, but she was working as good as two! She had some difficult customers (return stuff outside her control) and she was so understanding. Laid out all the options, very calm, doing some problem solving. I was very impressed.She had strawberry blonde hair and an accent. Very personable and charming. Great conversationalist.I love your products and shop here regularly. Never had any issues. Very warm and comforting space that makes you feel welcome to stick around and browse. This is why we shop local!
