GUESS Factory

Lincy has helped me today and every time I have shopped at Guess Vaughan Mills, and has always been a great experience. Her customer service, comunication and knowledge is always on top. Always very happy to help me. I haven’t had this great experience in other Guess stores that I have shoped.

Decent variety of Guess products at this store. A little messy and chaotic due to customers leaving stuff everywhere but not much staff around to tidy up.Store was super busy but only 2 staff working the front register. Should have called for backup when the line is that long. Anyways, I was at the front register and actively being helped with my return items when the staff at the next register started chatting with the staff helping me and completely ignoring the customer she was actively helping on the register. Look, when things are slower you are more than welcome to chat with each other but you actively have a customer who requires service and would appreciate it if you can wait a few more minutes before discussing your nails with your co-worker. She barely interacted with her customer during the entire exchange.

Important note to be made on Assistant Manager*****Lindsay*******RudeUnhelpfulUnprofessional***I asked her for help, She wanted me announce her in front of everyone as she doesn’t want to move from coworker as she gossiping important* stuff. Still, I asked her to help me getting pair of heels in my size, she ignored and went back to co worker for gossiping.Definitely she was not working and seemed like she doesn’t want to work. It was Friday time around 5:30pm. We really wanted to buy but her attitude changed our mind.I would really appreciate if management review this as it was disappointing experience.

I don’t usually write reviews for retail stores but the level of assistance I received from this store was AMAZING. Sam went above and beyond for me! I came into the store looking to purchase multiple gifts, however, I was very indecisive when selecting which items would be best for me. I approached Sam, thinking maybe I could ask someone who seemed like she had a high-level experience managing her section and she was truly amazing. She went over the purpose of my gifts and helped me select exactly what I needed. She was so kindhearted as well, never met someone so passionate in assisting others.

Prices are okay, store was good but messy, probably due to more customers leaving clothes anywhere, we picked up two decent top. Checkout was slightly arrogant as they were taking coffee orders while ringing us through, found that to be odd, as this takes away from being customer centric. Only reason I would go back is if my kid wants something. Two stars for brand recognition and inventory availability.

Absolute worst service and to top that they have perv male manager. Never go there if you have any self respect for your self. Been to the other Guess store in the same mall and it’s top of the world service and experience. Seems both stores are on a different planet altogether. Will never Visit.Thanks for you response but your typical copy paste does explain you have no intention to improve things here and I did not post this review expecting that. This review is for people who know me and respect my opinion to save themselves from such experiences.

Special thanks to Mariella today who went above and beyond to assist me with my online purchase, which was a complicated one due to the level and lack of online support. Staff here were very friendly while working as a team offering assistance to resolve my issue with such patience and professionalism. Great job!

Worst cashier ever, she kept speaking loudly with her other coworker who was working at the end of the line and making a referral to the customer either one of them was dealing with and commenting on it. Didn't greeted us at all, middle of scanning the products she disappeared grabbing all the hangers and went to put them some where and came back continuing scanning. She could have easily waited but I GUESS not. Wished her happy holidays after the transaction was completed but she turned her back and walked away.
