I liked Michelle but when I phoned to book the appointment I should have been told about the renvovations. there was new carpet and painting . Allergies!! Because Michelle”s regular room was not available due to these renovations she used another room. The face support on this table was terrible! it bit into my cheeks. i mentioned it and Michelle put a small pillow in to help but it did pop out several times. And the room had a huge poster of all the Murphy laws - not the best for when you want to relax or be helped with pain. this business does not post their fees directly to the insurance so i paid all on my credit card and had to post on my own. another inconvenience.

Todd is an excellent therapist. I was struggling with shoulder pain, Todd help me alleviating the pain. Highly recommended.

Todd is an exceptional and experienced massage therapist. His technique is effective and doesn't leave me sore. Was delightfully surprised to discover massage doesn't have to be painful. I highly recommend him. Since beginning treatments with him in April I have been relieved of several sources of pain in NY neck, back and knees.

Trisha and her team at Flex Massage are quite simply the best at what they do! The rooms are always clean and they have the most comfortable beds. They are extremely knowledgeable & friendly and can provide more than just a massage if your body needs it, including scraping and cupping to name a few. Having back issues, I receiving massages regularly as they help provide relief from my daily pains. A+++

Great Location, Great StaffI've been going to Flex for a couple years now and really like this place. I've tried many other massage therapists but Todd Rintoul at Flex is by far the most knowledgeable, detailed and friendly RMT I've ever dealt with. I highly recommend him for any type of treatments you need. Definitely worth trying out a massage here.

My massage was with Brittany. I have had many massages, so I have an idea what to expect. I asked for an intense massage, don’t hold back. We went over my issues, and then I got ready. The room is clean and comfortable. Brittany worked well on my legs, skipped my gluts completely, and than worked on my back. While she did a thorough job on the legs, the back not so much. Ver light in my opinion.I felt the massage was not complete. It was an hour long, and it seemed as only a partial massage.

I was having problems with my hip for the past week. Mike was fantastic. I felt comfortable the entire time and walked out feeling completely relaxed and no pain. It is set up very professionally but if you are looking for a more spa feel this isn't the place.

Michelle is the best! Whether you are coming in for a maintenance appointment or are needing a specific area worked on, I’ve always left feeling so much better than when I arrived. She is a very thorough and experienced therapist and I would highly recommend her. Thank you Michelle!
