I only opened an account with them because I had to, or at least that was the way the pitch it to you (back when you had to pay for OPC upfront) and its been one disappointment after another.TPCU is definitely a second or third tier outfit, it reminds me of what a bank would be if a small town's Community College opened a bank as a Co-Op placement for its students. As an example of their ineptitude I had to wait over 6 weeks for them to send me a replacement ATM card. And that is just the most recent of a long list of amature service.They once asked me why I don't have my mortgage through them? All I could do was laugh because my Mother raised me to be polite.DO NOT make the same mistake I did, DO NOT open an account with them.
