CASE has been nothing but supportive and helpful to us for the past 4 years. All the staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. They treat us as a valuable member of their organization and has been with us throughout our journey. My child (and our family) will not be where she is if not for the amazing work of all the therapist we’ve worked with. Thank you CASE and all the best!

CASE will always be a part of my son's journey or should I say our family's journey. We had a great experience with our specialized services team. They are definitely skillful and never failed to show professionalism. We felt their genuine support to help us cope with my son's everyday challenges (i.e. skills such as communications, social, behavioral) Never had regrets of choosing them as our service provider!

We have really enjoyed the services that we have accessed here. Our son did the bowling program and is in the second round of the floor hockey program. I highly recommend joining some of these programs if you have a child that loves to move. The staff goes above and beyond and are always encouraging and welcoming. We also access therapy services and we are very happy with how committed and supportive the therapists are.

Good people/staff they make my child feel comfortable, always excited about the activities. CASE is family friendly ready to work at your pace and have also learnt a lot of technique from them

The whole 3 years for specialized service felt like 3 days to me and our family . Our family is very grateful to had the best teams specially my son loves them so much . I have been working here for several years in many roles from Respite Worker, Child Support Worker, Summer Camp Worker, Primary Consultant, and Intake Worker. I have seen so many caring staff members across programs who support children and families with dignity and expertise. The organization is honest with its funding and fundraising, and strives to provide quality programming for families. Parents and caregivers can find hope and community here, regardless of their child's diagnosis or developmental level. The Annual Conference is one of a kind, and always a highlight of the year for me. I've enjoyed working here, and I plan to stay here for a long time.

I've been with CASE for two years now, and I just want to say the support, patience, and understanding I've received is incredible. Our team has guided has through every step of the way with FSCD, doctors appointments, school, and any decision I've needed advice on. A special thank you to our primary consultant Emily Duffy for providing the kindness and support every parent deserves.

My son has been receiving services from the Children's Autism Services of Edmonton for a few years and we've had a few fantastic experiences. I did want to highlight the support that I received from Thomas Pasterfield was amazing. He was able to not only answer all of my questions but direct me to the correct people. I felt he took the time to really listen to my questions and give relevant answers. I did leave that encounter feeling supported when I had initially called him in a panic.

CASE has been a part of both my boy's lives. I cannot say thank them all enough for all they do, from PUF, Behavioural /Developmental Services and also Specialized Service. We will be using them for Summer camp/Respite Services and I believe they will not disappoint us. The Team genuinely care for my boy's and help us with daily challenges we have with our boys. Although I accidently called them for being a provider for our first boy, it was the best mistake I made.
