We had booked a full day for myself (reserved in advance) including full hair, manicure, pedicure and facial...the girl who took the reservation and gave us confirmation apparently messed up and so went we went in not only could we get nothing but we were met with a condescending attitude as the person working said the mistake was ours! Accidents happen but refusing to acknowledge it and blaming everyone else isn't cool, especially since this was a birthday treat for myself.I would not recommend this business unless you truly have no other options.

I went for a cut with Sue and was nervous to try someone new. She is so lovely and sweet. She did a great job on my hair and I love it. The salon is really nice, spacious, clean. Friendly service and a fair price

My original hairstylist was out sick but they still kept my original appointment time and their service was excellent. Wasn’t even sure I would be able to book the appointment on such short notice (day before) as I was going out for a business function.Very impressed and ultimately satisfied with my new look. ☺️

The Head Shoppe was one of the best times I’ve had. Crystal who did my pedicure was very talented and unique which made right at home. Handicap accessible and pricing I believe is the best in town. My me day will happen again guaranteed.

Super rough with my head, didn’t time or check on my hair with bleach in it, ended up with overly beached hair and beyond brittle ends. Did not listen to my request that we agreed on on top of the botched bleach. Horrible service wouldn’t recommend 400$ for garbage hair results

I usually have great experiences at head shoppe so I called to book an appointment for my sister, I asked specifically for someone who knows how to cut very curly thick hair.. DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE CURLY THICK HAIR.. My sister came out looking exactly the same as she went in except with super choppy weird looking side bang things (which she did not ask for bangs of any kind). They didn't even blow dry her hair to see how the curls would look dry (which if you have curly hair you know it looks way different dry than wet). She left with choppy wet hair, and was charged $20 over her quoted price.

First impressions were a very modern and welcoming.The place was spotless. My stylist was Amanda.I really think it’s one of the best cuts I’ve had. It was not a 5 minute in 5 minute out cut. I thought it would be expensive.Price was less than the chain stores with the shampoo.It was an experience.Thank you. I hope to be back in a couple of weeks.
