Very very very fun, see the whole city and the guides are really chill

Folks be Extra careful with this guy. We went as a group of 5 and it has been one month he didn’t pay our deposit back 3750. He doesn’t pick our calls and respond to emails. We are filing a consumer complaint with Quebec ministry. Stay away from this business. Total crooks and cheats.

I would have put 5* because the experience was very good. But I’m still waiting proper papers from the company regarding a water damage on the jetski rollover. I did call and received a « personalized amount » with no explanation regarding what has been done on the jetski. I don’t really care about the amount since my insurance covers it but so far they don’t want to reimburse me because no bill can be added to the file to describe which repairs this amount match ? The owners says that he did the repairs himself and can’t provide one, which is not really my « problem ». Came back again for another session after the incident and everything went fine and I had lot of fun with my friend. I’m just very disappointed of the lack of transparency following incidents and this make you feel that you are in the middle of Thailand and getting scammed. Luckily it’s not a huge amount but would have been nice to get proper documentation to get pay back by the insurer … well, hopefully I’ll be able to get a described note soon. Take care mate ! Very bad experience. Even though the jetski was safely returned back with no incidents. They don’t pay the deposit of 750$ back and after continuous follow up they stop taking your phone calls and stop responding to emails. STAY AWAY from this business if you value your hard earned money.

I loved my experience with this team , I was very scared of jetski lol but because of this professional team now I want to go try again, very helpful, caring and responsible, the guide is very professional and he’s always near you and guide you during the whole session, Five star ! Highly recommended, I appreciate everyone !

The place is pretty cool and chill and their staff is don nice. The owner is pretty nice and make the arrangements for our group besides his busy and packed schedule for the weekend. Instructor is a young guy and you don’t even need to think once while you re speeding. He is pretty chill with that. All in all would like to come back and do once more

We did the 3 hour ride with Charlotte and we enjoyed every minute! Charlotte was very friendly, hospitable and all in all it was a lovely experience!

First time experience with jetski and it was Amazing. Took the 1-hour sunset package with me and my husband on a single ride. The water was really scary at first. The guide was good, explained what to do and what not to do clearly (didn’t get his name)
