We had an issue with our Bosch dishwasher. Our dispatcher Troy and technician Michael were both outstanding.We had fantastic quick service with clear explanation of the issue and a fair price for the service. I am very pleased overall, thankful that everything works well again, and would highly recommend.

Mike is the very best. The other day I had a problem with my dishwasher. There was making funny noise. I sent Mike a quick text. He came over to have look at it. He suggested that I buy a drain pump because it would be cheaper for me. I bought the pump and sent him a quick text. He came by within 24 hours and installed it. Now that is service!!! Mike is knowledgeable, conscientious, punctual and believes in good customer service. By the way, I do not usually write reviews but this time I had to. What a man. Thanks Mike and I will be sure to give you a call next time I have a problem with a major appliance. Many thanks.-John and Mary

Had problems with my fridge and oven, Michael was professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable. Once thinks we’re fixed he gave me good advice on how to properly care for appliances. I definitely recommend him. One more thing, I really appreciated him wearing shoe covers in the house :)

Upon answering my phone call, Troy was very helpful and made every effort to efficiently schedule servicing for our refrigerator repair. Our technician, Michael, was punctual, ensured everything was kept clean and orderly, answered any questions I had and readily offered explanation as to what he diagnosed the problem to be. From start to finish, we had a great experience with Electra Fix and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Won’t recommend this company for nothing. We called them and asked to get a quote on a bar cooler. We accepted the quote and asked them to start work on the thing. One of their technicians came and work on refrigerator. After he was done, without fixing up a cooler, the work he did on refrigerator, it wasn’t working after that and one of the person in the front desk told me that the technician who came was not certified for the work we asked for. They kept sending me invoices for the work which made us loss of more than the invoice. I didn’t want to go this further but the person working at the front desk led me to make go this further way.

My fridge wouldn’t turn off and I urgently needed help during the long weekend, however, the majority of the repair stores were closed. The only one that was open was electra fix and they were able to quickly fit me in their schedule. The repair guy was also very professional and quickly figured out the problem in less than 30min.
