The best beijing style hotpot in town, the lamb and beef are all good quality . The sesame sauce brings me back to my childhood. Really high recommended.

The food here are very traditional northern Chinese hotpot: fresh, delicious and clean. The service here is also on time and all the staffs are friendly:)) High recommended!

Amazing. Modern setting yet traditional vibe. The meats are simply great, no matter which cuts they come from, lamb or beef. The traditional shaobing biscuits, meat pie, dumplings and noodles all taste good. The price is of higher end, but really worth it. It reminds me of how diverse the culinary landscape of China is and how truly delightful its cuisine can be.

Very authentic Traditional Beijing Hotpot. These are the food I ordered and I give a five star satisfaction. I flew in from Calgary and came it just for the hotpot for first time. It’s iconic copper pot with a funnel in the center is very authentic.(Fun fact: Copper hotpot dated back to East Han Dynasty Period AD25 - AD220)The lamb slices are very fresh. The options of having different part of lamb combo allows you try out different cuts and their texture differences.• The hand cut lamb belly is highly recommended because of its rich layers of fat.• The fresh lamb roll is a relatively liner meat that is milder taste compared to mutton.• Lamb leg meat is also recommend as it’s line and bouncy when cooked.• Also the Lamb backbone and leg bones in special soup is also highly recommended. It’s not very salty but rich in spice and flavours.BTW, they have free parking (I wish I knew before coming. So for those of you coming first time. Make sure take advantage of that).And the lamb combo meat is machine cut which is different from ordering individually. Individual orders meat dish are hand cut, which is supposed to be better in quality.

Probably the best northern China style breakfast in town! The deep fried Chinese donut is a must. 羊蝎子 is the best in Vancouver.

It’s delicious. The lamb meat is fresh. I love the slice fish. Overall is great but I hope they will have more soup base later.

First time to try this place tonight. It was quite good.Good and attentive service, nice and comfortable interior/seating, food is not cheap but considering our rising inflation rate, it doesn’t exceed my expectations.We were too full and didn’t even finish everything and had to pack some cooked meat to go.Overall, if you want to try lamb hotpot, want non-spicy and healthy alternative, this is the one you should try. Anyway, my family enjoyed this dining experience.
