Best price in town and they delivered the next day. Excellent delivery notifications and a final call 15 mins before delivery. Delivery cost a bit high for Carp.

Very helpful and knowledgeable salesperson who took the time to answer all my questions in what I thought was a very honest manner.Delivery timing was slightly confusing as I was given two different time windows an hour apart by the automated system. However, delivery went smoothly and the service person was courteous. He called to let me know he was just about to arrive.The only thing I didn't like was that I had to sign the receipt of delivery paper (in two places) indicating that I had inspected the item and there was no damage to it. This was impossible to tell as it was not removed from the packing box.

The purchase of 2 appliances was a very positive experience. Our sales person, Jeffrey, was helpful in answering our questions and suggesting alternatives. The price is the best in town. The delivery services was very professional. We were kept informed of the delivery time and the two people who delivered the appliances were helpful to places the appliances were needed.

CAS provided an excellent sales service offering very competive price and options for the purchase of our new washer. The delivery team were very professional, courteous and very careful in the way they handled both the removal our old washer and installation of the new appliance! The automatic delivery timing updates received by email and text message also worked very well. Thank you!

Very professionally sales. Was in and out with a new washer and dryer within 15 minutes. I was particularly impressed because all the other big box retailers were all out of stock. Delivery and install were done quickly and professionally as well. Will likely use in the future for my appliance needs.

Easy from start to finish! Mohammed helped us with our selection, ensured we had the best price on the market and scheduled the delivery when we needed it! Originally, we had not purchased the extended warranty but a few weeks after our purchase, Mohammed reached out and added an extra year of warranty as they had a promo going on. He went the extra mile and is very appreciated!

Love this store! Pricing, product selection, and service all on point. I have now purchased a washer and dryer set, and today a stand up freezer.Delivery guys were professional and very careful bringing the freezer to my basement. Great experience all the way around.

Amazing customer service both at the store (Louie was our salesperson) and online with the After Sales Team (Viveck and Sid). Delivery was efficient, quick and clearly communicated. Would totally recommend the store for hassle free and quality appliance purchases!

First fridge was damaged (crack inside). It took a week of whining but 2 days later I got replacement. All and all good experience and would recommend. Advice is to check appliances carefully before signing off. Sid at customer service, saleman Derek and delivery guys were excellent!
