Custom Hockey Sticks

I have ordered these sticks before and the quality for the price is great, however the wait times (4.5 months and counting) have me questioning if they are truly worth it. Due to this extended wait, I've had to buy another stick while waiting for my CHS order. At this point I don't see myself using CHS again in the future.My order timeline is as follows:- Ordered October 25th- Order confirmed November 3rd- Radio silence for several months- I follow up January 24th looking for an update; receive similar email to other reviewers a few days laters claiming lead times have increased to 3 months (this was a day after the 3 month mark of my order)- Receive email on February 9th stating my order is in its final stages of production- Receive email on March 5th stating sticks have been made and will go to a distribution centre in a few daysNot only am I frustrated by the delays, but the lack of clear communication with respect to timing feels like I have been strung along for what is hopefully concluded as a 5 month wait for sticks (after the busiest portion of the hockey season is over).

I loved the stick my dad ordered from you guys last season. It was great having a stick with square toe. Its basically impossible to find them in the stores. Looking forward to putting in another order for this coming season.

A great way to design your own stick. Very reasonably priced. Excellent quality and care. Delivery time, a little longer than expected. Well worth the wait. Great product, definitely purchasing again in the near future.

We ordered 2 different sticks. One gets used alot and is holding up as good as most others we have ever had. I would like to see more special offers for future purchases due to the build time of 12 weeks.

These sticks are decent at best. I would say they are worth the money you pay for them. However, the time that you wait for the sticks is not. The site says 9-12 weeks for you to receive you stick but it will between 14-15 weeks before it is physically in your hands.The quality of the sticks is okay. The longevity of the sticks is trash though. I order the stick Sept. 1. Received it mid-Dec. used the stick 5 times and it snapped in the middle of the shaft on a weak wrist shot.At this point I emailed them to ask about a warranty claim even though I was just over the 30 day period and they denied the claim stating they had a strict warranty policy. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I waited a long time to receive the stick and was hoping that I would get some good performance out of it. I will not be purchasing another one of these sticks in the future. Ultimately just disappointed in the lack of communication throughout the order/shipping/warranty claim process.

Ordered on Nov 25 and still do not have the sticks, was just informed it will be another 3-4 weeks?? Don't care how good the sticks are when they arrive, many other option to buy custom made sticks with much shorter wait times, Will go elsewhere for my next sticks.****Update - owner reached out and offered compensation for the delays ***Tomorrow will be 13 weeks and no indication that they will even show up. Never again!!!

Phenomenal hockey sticks. Bought two for the kids. Everyone raving about them. Just took forever to get delivered. If you want sticks by start of hockey season then order 2.5-3 mos in advance. Quality is worth the wait though

I love the two sticks that I received. They look and feel great. I've only used each stick for a couple of games so we'll have to see how they are down the road for durability but as of now I have no complaints about the sticks themselves. Would have been 5 stars but when I ordered them it was supposed to be 7-10 weeks delivery and it was 14 weeks by the time they were actually delivered. Ordered a 3rd player stick and a goalie stick recently on their Black Friday sale so here's to hoping they arrive in the 7-10 week delivery timeframe.

Terrible customer serviceI order 2 sticks on October 14th 2022 and it's now February 23rd 2023 and still no stick. They even had a fake shipping label made to shut me up a month ago and told me that the shipping company (Canada post) didn't show up to pick up the order. Then was told last week that they would be shipped late last week or early this week. Site says the sticks are still in Finalization. Don't waste your money waiting for these sticks. I had to buy other sticks cause hockey season is 3/4 over alreadyBiggest scam everP.S I wanted to give a zero star rating but can't

Sick’s arrived within expected delivery date. Quality of the sticks was fantastic and my son loved the blade profile that we couldn’t get at any local stores. Will be ordering more for next season.
