C'est ma succursale sa fait presque 10 ans que je fait affaire avec eux! Je vous recommande cette endroit le personnel est très courtois et ils savent répondre à nos besoins. Nous pouvons faire confiance à TD comparativement à Desjardins depuis la fuite de données....

Bonne banque. Ont peut acheter or et argent physique sans problème. Bon service, sécuritaire, sans chichi ni flafla.

Impossible de joindre qqun psr téléphone avec la boîte vocale de la banque TD. Carte de crédit supposément envoyée dans les 7 à 10 jours ouvrables non reçue après ce délai et personne ne peut rien faire que ce soit à la banque ou leService de carte de crédit.

I visited this bank last weekend. An American friend of mine needed to open up a Canadian checking account at a local bank in Quebec City since she will be moving there soon. Initially we went to Banque Nationale, 150 Blvd. Rene-Leveque E. My friend expressed her desire to open up a checking account, and we both were surprised when my friend was told that there was no one at the bank who could help her open up an account, but my friend would be able to do so if she wanted to schedule an appointment later in the week. It was a surreal experience since there were four people working in the bank. Anyway, a few blocks down the street, we discovered TD Canada Trust and we decided to go there. Once there, we were welcomed and helped by M. Guillaume Girard. We were very pleased with the efficient and excellent service that M. Girard provided. TD is really a stellar financial institution, and I am truly happy that my friend decided to open up her accounts there.

A really bad servive. I had to wait 10 min even if there were 3 person working and just 1 client before me.After a while I had to leave without being able to finish my business

Je suis partie aujourd’hui que pour faire un transfère de fonds à mon compte. On m’a dit « on ne fait pas ça ici » , sur un ton que je n’ai pas du tout apprécié. Après le superviseur a ajouté de prendre rendez vous ou d’appeler le service à la clientèle. Je n’ai jamais eu de soucis dans d’autres succursales. Peut-être il en manque un peu de la courtoisie.
