Pat was the only one who gave us a detailed quote, so since the beginning everything was clear.He was very patient with us, and all our changes.The work was done in 2 1/2 days. The communication between Pat, the installers and us was straight forward, everything was easy to setup.The quality of the work looks really beautiful and clean, the material we chose was perfect (monterey Desert Hill Vinyl Plank floor).One detail that we really appreciated was that they fixed the crawling space door, before had a big hole and now looks like new.All in all, I definitely would recommend inner city flooring.

Amazing job by Inner City Flooring. Although the job took a little longer than expected we got to see great results. We went from having carpets to vinyl flooring and it changed the look of our space completely. Pat was really helpful throughout and the guys did a great job as well. I'm definitely going to refer them to anyone planning to change their flooring.

Beautiful floors but the install crew left a mess and their work was shoddy. I’m very disappointed with their work and wouldn’t hire them again ever. It’s a shame.I told the owner at the time, and he basically said it is what it is. He had them clean a bit but it still wasn’t clean. And the issue was more the baseboard quality (holes in most of them, dirty).Also, the install was only done partly at first because they measured incorrectly and had to re order more materials.One session they were 110 minutes late.

We just had inner city flooring install new floors for us. They took care of everything from removal of old carpet, disposal, and installation of the new floor. Pat was patient and explained the products pros and cons. His installer Masoud has very good attention to details and gets a double thumbs up for his workmanship. This is a well run company, prompt, great quality, good workmanship and decent pricing.

We were in need of 1600 SF of LVP flooring for a cabin build at Galena Bay, BC. We live in Calgary. We were shopping around at Calgary stores and then settled on a product and style. We then price shopped. Inner City Flooring had by far the best price. But it's not just the price that will bring me back, it's the service. We worked exclusively with Jen, and she is amazing! Outstanding customer service. Jen provided a level of service, expertise and commitment rarely seen. I had a lot of questions and Jen would frequently answer questions when the store was closed. She even sourced the product we wanted at a Calgary warehouse, so we didn't have to pay BC PST. She provided material installation and product specs promptly. And answered a myriad of questions I had over the weeks we worked together, and I had A LOT of questions. I am super pleased with the level of service I received, the expert knowledge, friendliness and professionalism of Jen and then the price - significantly lower than then competitors. I highly recommend Inner-City Flooring and specifically working with Jen.
