Wild Orchid Salon at the Jasper Park Lodge

The ladies at this salon were absolutely delightful! They did the hair and makeup for some of us for my brother's wedding and did a lovely job. They really listened to what we had in mind in terms of aesthetics and loved a challenge - I have waist length hair and they did a lovely twisty rockabilly look for the hair and makeup. The others had elegant up dos and/or curls and we all admired each other's hair. Our photos looked fantastic and we felt like a million bucks! Thank you so much!

My wedding party went into Wild Orchid for Hair and Makeup. Everyone was so amazing and our Hair and Make up was perfect!! We highly recommend!

So get to the park for a huge union conference and OK good girls van get pampered while guys do their thingFind out there is two spasFirst one is pretty much NailsSecond Is Orchid Spa so go down to see hours and on door sign says 10 to 6 pm but yet lights were offOK thought I be early which I was and then so waited still lights offFinally called number no answerSo left a message Wednesday at 10 to book app on websiteThen Thursday comes no follow up emails so I had to Chace yet again got through before 10 am and they inform again sorry no Appointment till 4pm because of a wedding.Which OK I get but don't you think you show up early and you should be returning emails and phone calls and also maybe bring some other people in if you can as there was again huge conference and other things going onNot impressed especially when sign on door says open at 10 but then you close shop

Nadia was amazing. Was like having a life long friend do my hair and makeup for my wedding day. She made me look and feel like an absolute princess. The salon wasn’t even open on my wedding day but she still did my hair and makeup. Can not say enough great things about the salon and Nadia. 10/10 recommend.

I had a very good experience with the owner Nadia today at my appointment this morning. She was very kind and attentive to my needs. She was very professional and on time and had a great chat while she was doing my eyebrow and lip wax. Great service and very convenient. Happy with my appointment and for Nadia to go out of her way to schedule me in and treating me very kindly and respectful. Will be using their services monthly now!

Great Salon at the Fairmont. Excellent haircut and styling. The whole experience felt more like a SPA. Definitely recommend to go there if you stay at the Lodge.

Always go there for my hair services & products but this time a massage. It was 60min & very relaxing, mostly quiet but a bit of background noise. Rayne was thorough, professional and polite & knows her stuff. Thank you!

I had booked Wild Orchid for my wedding make up and hair. The ladies were there on time, and was able to get all the hair and make up done in a timely manner. I really liked my hair and it stayed looking great all day and night. I was most afraid of my make up making me look like and ghost, but the make up artist did a great job and did not make me look pale and life less.

The ladies here did an awesome job! My bridesmaids and I had our hair and makeup done here on the morning of my wedding day. I absolutely loved the way my hair turned out. I brought in a few pictures of what I had in mind and my stylist went above my expectations.

Even though it was Nadia's first ever Indian wedding makeup and hair, she did an outstanding job! I am very happy with how everything turned out.
