I started going to Heartland for dealership service of my Chevy vehicle and was impressed with their service staff and workmanship. So much so, I purchased a lightly used Equinox and am thrilled with my new car! The sales staff and management were easy to work with, and I felt truly taken care of. Which you don't see every day in the industry, so thank you, you guys were great. I will definitely recommend Heartland Motors to anyone looking for a new car or service of their vehicle. We were in Morris to pick up our daughter from college and on the way our vehicle started making grinding noises. I called the dealership when we arrived and Greg told me to bring it in to take a look. Not only did they take a look, but they replaced my rear brakes and had me out of there inside of two hours without an appointment.Being 160 miles from home I can`t put into words the wonderful service to help us get home that day. Awesome experience.

They sold my boyfriend a used car that immediately had transmission problems. At the time, they at least agreed to fix it. However, less than a year later the transmission has failed again. They have the car in their shop, but it took a week to get a diagnosis and now no one is calling my boyfriend back. Unprofessional and terrible quality. Do not recommend. I would give them fewer stars but at least they fixed" the transmission the first time."
