Ash is very professional. He diagnosed the problem of my dishwasher properly and fixed it very nice and clean. His rates are reasonable. In addition he is punctual and polite. He also checked my Range and diagnosed the problem. However, since the broken part was pricey I decided not to fix it for now. I recommended him to my friends.

Ash came immediately in response to my call on New Year's Day(!) to repair my refrigerator, which is awkwardly placed in my kitchen and very difficult to access for repair. He kept working at different solutions until he was able to gain sufficient access. Very professional, very reasonably priced and a fine human being. Thank you again, Ash.

I had an issue with my washing machine. I contract Ash and quickly saw how professional he was. He also had a good service charge price (50$). He came over promptly and quickly helped diagnose the issue. I can tell he knew exactly where the issue could have been. He also answered some of my questions on the dryer. All in, it was a great experience and I will definitely call PK Appliances for any future service calls.

We were having issues with our dishwasher and we’re not able to get the parts to fix it. We decided to get the new one. After buying the new dishwasher, we called Ash for installation. Prior to installing the new dishwasher, he took a look at the old dishwasher and told us that he can fix. He was able to get the parts and fixed it. Ash was able to save my $800. He was very honest, professional and cost efficient.
