Amazing and super friendly! I'm not super fussy but my boyfriend is extremely fussy... Thankfully they did an amazing job and I won't have to listen to his annoying expert grooming advice for the next 6 weeks! My puppy looks incredible!

Been going there once a month and had a problem my dog got ichy a week after and they will not do anything and don’t want to see her again plus I went to talk and there was someone else there complaining not happy at alll

Raina's always does an amazing job on our Malamute. He comes out looking wonderful, but with a lot less fluff....and happy! Bonus - they are so patient with his sassy back talk. Highly recommend.

Riley has been visiting Karleen once a month since she was 6 months old. We started off with puppy trims and now Riley loves getting her adult haircut. She loves going in for her haircut and is always super excited to see Karleen. She treats your loved ones like her own. Definitely recommend her 1000%.

Maverick has been going there now for about 2.5 years. During the pandemic it was hard to find someone....we lucked out by getting into Karleen and her staff. She has been amazing with him, especially being a big dog. Scheduling has been easy, service top notch and quality of care is excellent. Maverick perks up when I say are you going to doggie spa today, with excitement All of her staff have been a pleasure to deal with. And today he came home looking perfect for a holiday party.

We were always happy with our dogs haircuts, we booked one year in advance, we never missed and were never late and always tipped, recommended her to many of my friends. Nonetheless it’s very disappointing to write this review today. This groomer is way over booked, she books so many dogs at the same time, last time my dog was there for 9 hours, which is absolutely ridiculous, many other times 7 or 8 hours. I ask at least 3 different occasions if we could do something about it and was always blown off. They also tried to tell me my dog was not caged the entire time, which I don’t believe. When I called to cancel our remaining appointments she did not even care. Great way to conduct business!!

Karleen is top notch in her profession. She is kind, caring and compassionate and it shows in her work. She goes above and beyond to make you and your pets feel comfortable. We highly recommend her for all your pet grooming needs.Jason and Terri Fletcher

Brought my dog for the first time. We moved to the area in September. Rolo was nervous when we arrived but when I went to pick him up he pranced out with a happy bounce in his step and seemed happy! He looked amazing and she did such a good job. On the left is his after picking and on the right his shaggy covid look!

I bring my dogs here for nail clippings as it scares me. I was nervous but the dogs were handled well and kept comfortable! Great staff. Great work.
