I had my Nuchal Translucency scan done here for my first pregnancy. It can be a nerve wracking experience as this is a test to see if your baby is healthy. Thank you to Nataliya for going above and beyond to fit me in, as there are time constraints with getting this particular scan done regarding the babies age and size. Nataliya is amazing at what she does. My baby was asleep and she needed it to wake up to be able to scan it in the proper position. She made me hot chocolate so that the sugar would wake the baby up. She made the whole experience magical as we got to see the baby dance around. She is so kind and cute and talking to the baby and it made the whole experience so wonderful. Thank you and I appreciate your kindness so much!! She deserves a raise!

I strongly do not recommend this place, and their customer service is the worst so far. If you want to call them, you will have to wait at least 1 hour on hold by phone. You can get better treatment at your local grocery store.The attendant, Jacky does not care about the service quality she offers to the patients; she is very rude and, for the second time, after 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting, she just gave conflicting information again. I'm not sure if my Doctor will receive my results. I will have to find another clinic to repeat the same exam. Run from this place, don't lose your time here.

I've attempted to get an x-ray at Kanata's CDN location three times in the last several weeks without success. Either the technicians called in sick (x2) or they hit max capacity early in the day. To add insult to injury, it's impossible to reach admin staff via phone. I am upset that my GP sent my requisition to such a poor rated establishment.

Great experience with a bone density scan today starting with the location of this clinic. Very easy to get to (and very close to the highway for those outside of Kanata) with lots of free parking. The receptionist was very friendly. I was anticipating a bit of a wait given the waiting room was quite busy, but I was called in before my scheduled appointment time. Mala, the technologist was so kind and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. I will definitely be going back to this location for any future imaging/scans

Brought my elderly mother in law for an x-ray to the Katimavik location in Kanata. Very fast and friendly service. We were in and out within 1/2 hour (was a Monday afternoon)! Thanks for your efficiency!

Great experience as a first timer. Barely waited to be helped when i ckecked in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My ultrasound appointment went very smoothly. I immediately felt at ease - and felt confident in my receiveng expert medical care. Walked away very impressed with the overall experience. HIGHLY recommend.

Please do some research before coming to this clinic! I did my x-ray imaging over a month ago. I called them for updates 1 week after & my doctor also faxed an inquery, none of those works. The doctor still havn't received anything from this clinic. When I checked in, the staff mishandled my insurance information and only correct it after I ask them to re-check. When I called for updates, the front desk lady gave the wrong information at first, and then told me the images was still processing". Cold

Useless. Went there and the x-ray machine wasn't working. Would not recommend this place to anyone. A complete waste of time to go to this place. The workers there should be ashamed to be working at such a useless medical facility. Don't go here.

There was some kind of error with my booking but they were able to accommodate me anyways. Friendly and helpful, made the test as pleasant as a mammogram can possibly be. 5 stars for clinic staff, -1 for whatever issues central booking seems to be experiencing. Still recommend as my experience was excellent.

very bad place they don't care if you are feeling pain or anything, I have an appointment and the asian nurse or whatever is saying I don't have time to do it for you!!!!! Don't recommend this place because they don't have the knowledge of anything
