Went to Andrew after getting 1 DUI /1 over 160mg's+ of alcohol charges and as that one was still in process of being handled I ended up being dumb and managing to get a 2nd DUI/over 160mg's+ 7months later before I was even charged with the first one. I was expecting my life to over at that moment with 2 impaired/2 over 160mg's of alcohol while driving making it 4 totals charges I was facing.Andrew recommended things I could do to help my case so I did them all. I went to consoling, went to rehab, started going to AA/NA meetings weekly and doing all this largely helped with my addiction also my case. Andrew managed to get my 2 separate cases combined into 1 case making a global resolution which was a huge step. This made it so that all my charges could be handled within the same case without any overlapping of DUI charges and this was saving the Crown/legal system time/money which were one of the benefits the Judge in my case was noting on how I went about handling these's charges.Ended up pleading to 1 impaired for 1 case & 1 over 160mg's charge for another case. Also got a 2 year driving suspension and reduced fine. Overall I have a lot of gratitude for Andrew Captan being a great lawyer and having a well understanding on the legal system related to impaired driving that will only help to benefit your case like it did mine. His methods helped me completely avoid the mandatory minimum imprisonment which comes with 2 DUI's and have been a step in my journey of me starting to work on my addiction problems.
