Geek Squad

The people of geek squad worked on my computer from 7pm to 11:30 pm to look into why my computer is slow, to finally tell me to get a new hard disc since there seemed to be an issue that they weren't able to fix!They were very nice and respectful but ultimately couldn't fix the problem...!

At the time of purchasing services we were told that we would be able to cancel anytime. After many calls without a response and an overall substandard customer service I wanted to cancel my subscription, however I was told that there was a 1 year contract I had to stay in to avoid paying a cancellation fee. When I informed the employee that I had made no such contract he told us to go in the store and they would be able to cancel my subscription. And when we talked to the employees of the store they told us that there is nothing they could do and canceling subscriptions has to be done through phone. In the end I was forced to put in a lot of time and effort with no results. It became evident that the whole service is just a scam.

Useless never buy insurances from them you will end up paying extra at the time of damages anyway
