Hero Service

I have used Hero Service for snow cleaning from Nov to March. I am very happy with the service quality. They cleaned my driveway and sidewalk within few hours of the snow fall. They even showed up for less than 5 cm of snow. And above all the clean is beyond expectation level!! I highly recommend them for any service.

I started with Hero Services for the first time this winter to do snow removal. I was delighted with the work they did and would highly recommend them to other seniors who require this service. Was particularly impressed by the email notifications that Eric provided regarding the dispatch of the workers. Very smooth. Will renew.

Used Hero all throughout the summer to maintain my lawn. Crews do vary, but everyone works hard and they do a fantastic job. Communication is awesome as well. Would recommend!

Very poor ethics..they never come to remove the snow as agreed …I have to send so many emails..and no response …I usually have to do most of the work myself ….not recommended at all…these photos are 2 days after snow fall.So here is an update so a guy come refuses to scrap the side walk saying his scarper broke..and he will not do it …I said but this is not safe …he said I will not do it and gave me the finger in the middle of the street…here are photos for after what he tried to do

I have been using Hero service over the summer for lawn mowing and weed control. Mike and his team did an excellent job. So I asked them to refresh my landscape and I was very satisfied with the results. Carm is a very experienced landscaper who re-designed my garden and better yet he is also very artistic he pruned all my trees and shrubs and made them look beautiful. The landscaping project took a week. We got new edging, rundle rocks, black mulch, and top dressing. It was on time and on budget, very honest and reasonable price compared to some of the other quotes I got. I look forward to using their other services (fall clean up and snow removal) again in the fall and winter =)

Eric and his team are amazing at taking away all the weeds we had in our backyard, they got rid of all the thistles that grew and also my grass looks much more healthier this year after they have started working on our yard.I look forward to have them back next year and take care of our yard.

This year was my first year using Hero Service and they have saved me countless hours already this year in cleaning up leaf and branch debris from the previous fall and winter seasons. Hero Service sent me regular reminders, arrived early in the morning promptly, and even came under the designated timeframe that I thought would be needed to conduct the clean up. As this is my first year being a father, I can spend more time with my family and less time hauling bags of leaves to the curb. Would recommend to friends and family.

We hired Hero Service for snow removal last winter. We have been pleased with their good quality service. They are reliable, professional, responsive company. Eric communicates well via email to update with the service timing and any other info. I highly recommend Hero Service for your residential snow removal service.

I wish I could leave a review about the quality of work, but we never got to that point. They were booked for a day and just never showed that day. I emailed (the method they had been using to communicate) and they replied the next morning telling me they had mechanical issues. I replied telling them it was understandable, but I would have liked if they had told me. They then assured me that they were going to come that day only to not show up again.I canceled for good after that point.

Booked them for snow removal. No one ever showed up for snow removal on any of the days when it snowed and my business was impacted because of there lack of service. They also dont have any phone support. And there email responses are slow and not well organized with there UI. I thought they would be good considering there 4.8 star rating. Definitely not a good experience so far. Hope we can change that somehow.
