My daughter got her ear pierced two months ago She’s complained every day for pain We choose good expensive jewelry still that make bad infections swelling she’s passout today morning I have no car to go i use. Wht ever i find to take out they jewelry i always heard from people claire is not very safe for ear Piercing but today I believe go for good safe places .

Beautiful store with a large variety of jewelry and more. They do ear piercing as well.

Another Claire's that has terrible customer service. My daughter pierced her ears at Market mall, but noticed it was crooked so we decided to go to Sunridge since it was closer. The employee there told us that she can't do it, but we have to go to Market mall which is understandable. I asked her if we only needed the pink slip and she said yes, that's all we need. So we went back to Market mall and were told we had to bring the physical receipt and a pink slip. We were also told we could go to any Claire's as she knew Market mall was a far from us and to remove the earring for 48 hours. I called Sunridge the next day and had the same employee from the day before to double check so we wouldn't have to waste another trip down there and once we mentioned that the manager at Market Mall said any Claire's could redo the piercing, they finally agreed to let my daughter pierce it there and that she only needed to take out the piercing for 24 hours... and that we FOR SURE only needed the receipt and pink slip. Once we got there, it turns out we had to bring the piercing back to exchange it for a new one so she could get it re-pierced. We were so annoyed we just paid for another pair of earrings. Not only did we specifically ask what to bring to the store, but they even confirmed what I said and when we got there, we were still missing something vital to get the re-piercing. I thought Claire's was a franchise? Shouldn't you all be trained the same? Yet 2 different stores offer 2 completely different set of information.And today, once my daughter got her ears pierced at another location, the employee there said the earrings she chose were a part of a promotion, yet when we checked the receipt, we paid way more than we thought. We went to Sunridge again, only for the cashier to say earrings are final sale when no where did they say it was and the receipt never said such things either. So I called another location, and they said they could return it for us and she's not sure why Sunridge said no. This is the second time another Claire's has called the Sunridge Claire's location lazy and I 100% agree. It's amazing how y'all continually disappoint each visit.

This place is a little bit on the pricier side. The workers were nice and patient as I was there right when it was closing, but they didn't rush me whatsoever. The place is really clean and well kept. The only issue I had was the price of everything. But I can't blame the store workers for that. Good experience.

Worst Experience!I would like to start with the fact that I love clair’s and I always visit this store , also got my daughter’s piercing here. But had never experienced this before. I was generally shopping I had stuffs on my hand, also my daughter is 16 months old so she likes to explore new things.So normally in every store she sees stuffs and if she likes it I buy it for her and if not I take all the stuff and put it back on its place. This lady named Cameron came to me while I was about to put stuff back which my daughter has and she was like please watch ur daughter. M like okay sorry about that. And Later on it was my hand who touched the tumblers which were not kept properly on shelf(over-stocking). So the tumblrs fell down I was picking it and she goes- it was broken , it should not be there! sorry give it back and again she goes WATCH YOUR KID PLEASE.I was like what? Why do people go there? Obviously to shop and this is how this lady disrespected by again and again telling me to watch my daughter even though I was right there with my daughter and we were literally shopping! I got disappointed and kept allthe stuffs I chose to buy and headed out of the store !I would take an full accountability if my daughter would be messing things up! Cuz somewhere I was also working I know how to be kind! But this is not the way to treat customers!Very DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR WITH CUSTOMER! This is not the first time I have been there! Very rude and disappointed ,the way Cameron treated me and my lil girl!

Stop in this store with my autistic sons, because one of them seen thathe ty babies were buy one get one at 50% off. Got to the till and lady says 53 and change. Shocked we asked how much it was because there was no tag on it. I went to get a different one and my oldest son was still standing there. The manager was very rude and said you should have looked at the price first. My son walked out. I went back and asked her about who said it. Manager said she did, then continued to argue with me when told she shouldn't be so rude to customers. Told her I was calling head office and she said go ahead I dont care. This is a store I will NEVER shop at again. If you have special needs kids, please take somewhere else as this store doesn't care how they treat them

Went to get my one year old baby girl's ears pierced and completely happy with the experience. Clean, professional and friendly service by Carmen. Since its done as gun shot piercing, baby didn't feel any pain. Just a bit of a discomfort for a few seconds. Totally recommend this place. And ask for Carmen when you call them.

During my visit I was helped my a sales representative named Val, she gave me excellent customer service providing me with different varieties of headbands. Overall, the Sunridge Claire's team provides excellent service.
