The staff here were absolutely amazing.. I dealt with both Ore and Courtney at this location as well as another staff member at the Vancouver location. I can't say enough great things about this store!! I've been looking for a difficult item to find and found it at this store.If you are looking for something but don't see it on their website or in store, speak to Ore and ask if he can order it in, chances are that he can. They were more than helpful and very informative. Excellent service all the way around!! I will definitely be back!! Thank you again for all of your help, much appreciated!! : )))

This was my first time at Scub Depot. I had an excellent experience with sales lady Stefania. Very warm in person and knowledgeable of the product material brands and sizing. She seemed to provide me with items that suited me. I found that very helpful since first walking in the doors I felt overwhelmed with choices and didn't even know where to begin. Stefania pointed me to all the choices perfect with me. I'm a nurse and will definitely be returning. Thank you

I am buying White cross jogger pants and tops from scrub depot from last 2 years. Quality and fitting has been really good.Customer service was exceptionally great. Rachele and stefania helped me above and beyond. Rachele was very patient while helping with my order from store. She even contacted their head office back and forth to help me.I highly recommend professionals to buy scrubs from here for best quality and friendly, welcoming staff.

Unbelievable experience! Never shopped at this store before, but this store was highly recommended by one of my coworker, so last Friday I rushed to grab a new pair of pants and scrub t-shirts for myself.The lady with the glasses served me in a very professional way, explained me patiently, showed the variety they carry in the store. I loved this one to one customer service, no rush, loved the experience I had, will certainly go back!

This location is perfectly located close to Surrey Memorial Hospital with a free 15 minute parking. There is a variety of Scrub suit brands (Mobb, Dickies, Cherokee, etc.) available in different sizes (petite and plus). They also have some selections of clogs on the far back corner. Their fitting rooms are wide and well-lighted. It's a neat store. The cashier was very pleasant and helpful. You can get 10% student discount if you have your ID or student number with you. You can also order in store from their other locations and pick it up here for free.
