A mixed gender workforce! They were really transparent with me about their prices (written up on paper so I knew I wasn't getting a stitched) and the issues with my car (not sugarcoating or over embellishing). They didn't pressure me into purchasing anything I didn't want and were genuinely there to help me. I really appreciate their customer service!

Called several tire repair located in North Vancouver all are not available the same day. Friend suggested North Shore Auto Repair. Got the service straight away. Great service and fair price. Highly recommended!

Tire had a nail during the long weekend – luckily I was able to find this location open on a Sunday. Jack opened his shop and helped me take the nail out of the tire and make sure all tire pressures were taken care of. Appreciate him making the time!

Had a very rough idle and cylinder misfire, expecting the issue to be worse + expend after some mediocre attempts at self diagnosing and trying to fix my self.Took it in just after 10:30 and picked up my car at 11:40!! Really great service and felt no pressure of any extra fees. The costs of everything was up front and they’ll text you before proceeding so there were no hidden costs. Super happy with everything and will be back whenever I need servicing. Family owned business as well, highly recommended for anyone on the north shore!CheersRyan

Jack responded very quickly to my call and fix my flat tire on a Sunday, for very reasonable fee. I will definitely ask him to check my car again.

I was in a bit of an emergency with my Mini Cooper engine overheating due to a leak in the coolant tank. Jack and his team were able to get my car in that day and diagnose honestly and fix by the next day. They were even nice enough to clean my car for me (after seagulls terrorized my car overnight) and deliver my car all the way to my home. Jack is very kind and knowledgeable about German cars. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and will be returning back for any issues!

The engine oil cover of my car fell off at night, and most repair shops were closed. Thanks to North Shore Auto Repair, the issue was solved quickly. Jack is very nice and knowledgeable. The service was extremely fast. Thank you very much!

Extremely caring place! Our car broke down on the highway and they stay open after hours waiting for the tow truck and us. Spent valuable time with us and was honest about cost of repairs. Made an effort to look for parts, didnt push us for a repair, was supportive of our situation and our decisions with the car. First class place and will go back!

Helen was very friendly and her husband and son did an excellent job on my brake and rotor replacement. I needed the car on a quick turnaround and they were able to accommodate. Everything was clear, there was no pressure to get services that I did not request. On top of that, they reached out to the dealership for a part that their suppliers did not have. Would highly recommend this business.

I just want to make it clear that I wasn't criticizing you for doing a bad job on the car repairs. Even when paying a fair price for the repairs, it's natural for problems to arise.I asked my husband to have the car inspected by you after you mentioned the random flashing light issue, and it was great that you were able to find and fix other issues during the inspection. However, the flashing light, while occurring less frequently, hasn't stopped yet, so we had to bring the car back to you through my husband.We thought the warranty was still in effect, but you said you'd fix it for free anyway.And as for you saying that I treated you poorly, how kind was you to me? I smiles at you as you did it, but when I confirmed the office closing time, you responded as if I might have received the wrong information from someone. Also, you didn't even know what work was being done to my car.Because of that, I had to adjust my schedule to fit yours. In this kind of situation, was I still supposed to smile brightly in front of you? I have no reason to smile in front of people whose smiles and thoughts are different from mine. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with the same part that was fixed, and I had to bring it back today.Initially, I planned to drop off my car at 11 a.m. and pick it up before 3 p.m. But when I received a call that the shop would be closing at 1 p.m.,I had to rearrange my schedule and hurry to pick up my car. I was disappointed with the situation.As a customer, I value reliability and good communication, and I felt that the service fell short of my expectations.I understand that mistakes can happen, and I hope that there won't be any further issues with my car.Please take customer service seriously and make an effort to improve it.From a customer's perspective, there is no reason to hear that you don't know anything instead of just sitting at your computer desk.Please update your online business hours accurately.(11, March 2023)
