Excellent customer service.Had issues with original pair I had bought, they exchanged no questions asked, then suggested something different and better.

Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful, I was invited to try on as many sunglasses as I wanted after choosing a clear explanation of the guaranty and how to care for my new oakleys was given. Very friendly service I will be telling my friend's about this store.

I went to the Carrefour Laval store during the weekend on Sunday. I was looking for running sunglasses and the salesperson showed me a few pairs including the UV pitch. I bought the floor model with a small scratch so it was final sale. When I arrived home I noticed on the packaging that it was written Prizm Field and not Prizm road which is according to Oakley's website for baseball and not for road running. I called back the store and the manager said that Oakley's website was just not updated and that Prizm Field is indeed for road running too and that she wouldn't take them back. I feel like I was lied to. I am really upset because I feel like I bought expensive glasses that will not serve me and I was exciting to finally have running glasses which I was saving up for.

Good Service, they lacked the sunglasses I wanted to try. Staff is nice and helpful.
