Grundy Family Dental Care

If there's one thing I know, it is how to rate a good dentist. I am very picky and the dentist and team at 399 18th Ave in Hanover were fantastic! Highly recommend.

My first visit to Dr Grundy involved an extraction of a broken tooth. He listened to how I wanted the tooth dealt with and happily complied. His office staff are pleasant, courteous and compliant and make you feel at ease. Dr Grundy himself is extremely personable. The extraction was difficult but Dr Grundy’s vast experience made it painless and quick. I had no bruising, swelling, and little after procedure pain. As a senior with years of dental experience, I am very impressed with Dr Grundy and highly recommended him and his office.

I used to like coming here to have my teeth cleaned,however Grundy dental has really gone downhill over the past few years. The room I was ushered into today had a very uncomfortable bench which the hygienist explained was old and she offered me a pillow which did not help too much. The TV was broken and the room was cold. The blanket I used for warmth smelled badly. The hygienist seemed very inexperienced and did not do a proper deep cleaning. She said she liked to use a gentle approach. I have only gone here for cleanings for the past few years since I had a bad experience with a dentist who replaced my cracked fillings. My bite has never been the same because she ground down my teeth. She is no longer there.....turnover is very high at this dental practise. Please do your research and get references before you get any dental work done here!

I went there to get my two front teeth leveled out and they did an absolutely fantastic job! I couldn’t be more impressed!

Grundy family dental care is the best dentist I've ever been to! The office is beautiful and their cleanliness is astounding! The best part of the experience is the amazing staff they've got, especially Elgie!! She is so sweet and kind and compassionate, really knows how to comfort someone with anxiety, and make you feel better! I highly recommend this dentist office!!

Oh man plain and simple ....if your getting a cleaning done thats the only thing they can do correct,Anything else more then that ,please save yourself and go somewhere else.

Beautiful office. Very professional staff. Customer service driven. I'm quite happy I switched to Grundy Family Dentist. There are many dentists available to care for you. There is a kids room for your child's entertainment. And coffee. Not to mention the great dental experience.
