Suzanne has been our travel agent for more than two decades and she has always been friendly, cheerful and helpful. Our most recent trip, our first involving air travel since the start of covid, was quite complex involving two flights, several shuttles, a week long cruise that stopped in four countries, and a visit to Disney World that included staying in a hotel on the resort. Suzanne helped us at every step of the way always remaining patient and cheery.

Went to Riu Latino in Cancun, Mexico.Hotel was spectacular. Food was amazing as was staff in the restaurants.Thank you Suzanne for booking this vacation package. Best vacation I've had in many years. Cant wait to book again.

I phoned in my travel criteria for my vacation. Susan nailed it! She sent electronically all the documents needed, they were easy to follow. She went an extra step and made sure I had successfully documented everything needed, never left me hanging. My destination was amazing. 5 stars for Susan

Suzanne was awesome. She booked our trip of 9 people to Dominican (punta cana) she was very knowledgeable and was there to assist us on any questions or concerns.Two weeks prior to our trip I had to take a flight to Florida to assist in a family emergency. One phone call to Suzanne and she had me on a flight to Florida.We have used another company for many years but have decided she will be our new agent for future travel. Thank you again Suzanne.
