Love the store as always clean. Not best on selection but pretty good. Prices are hit and miss as some pretty pricey. But look for sales. Nice precooked meals. Produce fresh! Staff friendly.

Waited at starbucks for 10 mins with no one at the counter and they were apparently on break. No sign was up letting anyone know no one was coming to help serve.

This is my absolute favourite grocery store! The staff are kind and helpful, and every single person is well trained to know the store.I get so stressed out at other stores but this one is pleasant to shop at, plus the carts have a cup holder so you can have a yummy drink to sip while you shop.The produce is good quality, the loyalty program is worthwhile and gives you really good deals. And they're always coming up with new products to try after listening to customers... like oven ready roaster trays with fresh veggies and flavoured butter for an easy side dish or cheese stuffed meatballs.The house brand is great as well, the products are good quality... some of the best frozen lasagnas out there and affordable.Also the online ordering (delivery/pickup) is the most comprehensive I've used, even compared to big chains. And customer service is good too.

the worst place for customer service. I bought 5 soups for 1.50, they gave me the wrong soups and charged me 20 bucks for 5 cans. tried to get it resolved, but the supervisor was incompetent and made no resolves for me. I won't shop here again, its not even about the soup. just dirty how they wouldnt honor their price when they were the ones who substituted it.

Save-On-Foods is a high quality grocery store. They have a great selection of organic and healthy foods. There is a Starbucks located right in the store too. They have a great deli counter serving quick lunch options. There is even freshly made sushi rolls here. The staff is friendly and courteous. They definitely carry different food choices than most other grocery stores.
