RBC On Campus (Cash at ATM Only)

Not a typical RBC branch. Staff are casual and the whole setup is laid-back. I was given quick and helpful service.

Some miscommunication involved, but I still truly appreciate the services that RBC has provided, not only to me, but to all students at McMaster University!

Naya is wonderful and went above and beyond for me. Other than banking,She helped me work on my resume and applied for jobs, which I ended up getting! She is a great employee with a wealth of knowledge and compassion.

RBC invests more in fossil fuels than any other Canadian bank.Canada's largest investor in climate destruction has no place on any university campus.

I had a problem with my bank card today and I dropped into this location for help. I was overwhelmed by how helpful the staff member was - not only did he help me get a temporary card, but he also helped me set up the mobile app for purchases. I would give this place 6 stars if I could!

RBC helped to make me feel in control of my banking. The staff are beyond friendly and are always willing to go above and beyond whatever you may need. If you have any questions about your banking situation and are thinking of giving another bank a try I highly recommend this RBC branch.

Wonderful service! Specifically, a wonderful worker, Naya, helped me out with how to properly navigate my bank account in terms of paying my tuition with McMaster university. She was straight to the point but also so friendly! A general pleasure to be there.

Walking into RBC always makes my day. All the staff are very friendly, caring and knowledgeable. The free snacks and service they provide for students is really appreciated. I know I have made not just great financial advisers but great friends too. :)

Taking my money away from these villains ASAP.RBC is a huge funder of the Coastal Gaslink pipeline currently drilling through Wet’suwet’en land. Indigenous sovereignty is being completely disrespected by RBC— there has not been free, prior, informed consent from the Wet’suwet’en Nation for this violent assault on their land, which is threatening their water source the Wedkin Kwa River and is an important spawning ground for salmon.Yet RBC puts forward an image of a “climate-conscious”, friendly, youth-empowering organization. They are anything but. They are stealing the future of the same young people they claim to support. Canada's #1 fossil fuel funding bank- $262 BILLION since just 2016.Last year Wet’suwet’en chiefs traveled far across the country to the RBC AGM in Toronto— then RBC moved the meeting online last minute and refused to meet in person. Deeply disrespectful and cowardly. They also recommended the board vote against all the climate and Indigenous rights-based resolutions. Make it make sense.

Online you guys said you will be opened on Jan 4th from 9:30am - 5pm. I came around for an in-person transaction and the bank is closed with no information of being closed or when they will be open. Terrible
