No one is picking up the phone so i had to come in to ask a fairly simple question. The service poor, slow and impolite in some cases. I am a long term customer of TD using tons of their products and yet there is no difference and no customer service at all. should probably just switch one day

This branch is known for racial profiling. They make it harder for POC to cash cheques but deliver excellent and efficient customer service to their own......Asian. I've been a customer with TD for 10 years and this location, along with the branch on Kingswaynext to Price Smart treat me badly compared to other branches that I go to. I've sent an email to the branch manager about the horrible service that I received and no one got back to me....but I'm not surprised.

Management is an absolute joke, Do not know how to go above and beyond for their customers. This location is full of the most incapable individuals that refuse to help or try to look for solutions. Their corporate management should be auditing this branch

The service here is extremely slow. There were only two other clients in the branch being serviced and three tellers working. One of the tellers could not resolve a problem for the client and had to wait for a branch manager to assist... who only showed up 10 mins later. There was no one else in line except me... One of the seemingly available teller saw me waiting patiently but decided to walk away to do other more important things". On a relatively slow day at this branch I waited 20 minutes without any service and had to leave to another branch where my business is valued. I can't imagine how long the wait would be on regular day."

I’ve gone to this branch for a total of 5-6 times over the past few weeks for various cross-border banking needs. Each time, someone different helped me, but somehow, I always walk out feeling dissatisfied, frustrated, or upset either because they weren’t knowledgeable/competent enough, were condescending, or straight up refused to help me with my completely reasonable request. I have completely lost faith in this branch and for my future banking needs, I will, without hesitation, go to another branch even if it’s out of the way. The service at this branch falls way below the standard of exceptional service that TD prides itself in.

Alan, the branch manger can't even answer a simple mortgage question. He kept telling me there will be no payment coming out from my account next month as I am moving the mortgage to other bank. Which is incorrect and I did call TD mortgage specialist to confirm.He promise me a call back when he finds out more information and that never happen - Of course!All in all, terrible customer service and unknowledgeable staff.Best to avoid this branch altogether
