Loden Hotel

A wonderful hotel in a really good location. Superbly friendly and helpful staff and very comfortable room with so many nice touches - a hand written note to welcome us and lots of little treats. Loved the bikes, complimentary, which meant we could explore so much of the bike lanes right from the door and all around Stanley Park. Some great places to eat nearby too. We loved Joss for some of the best wood fired pizzas we have eaten and the Urban Fare for breakfast and lots of extra food choices. Loved Vancouver, loved the Loden and a specially big thank you to the super helpful staff. You made it a great experience!

The best hotel I've stayed in Vancouver by far. It's a small boutique hotel with a famous restaurant, Tableau. The staff was friendly, and housekeeping was amazing! Drinks and snacks were delivered to our room. The bed was amazing that I didn't want to leave. The bathtub was amazing too! Will come back for sure.

Beautiful boutique hotel coupled with great customer service. We arrived quite early but were assured our room would be ready asap and they delivered. Spacious one bedroom room with a welcome bottle of wine! Staff were amazing and the experience was second to none, will definitely be back again.

Amazing! I stayed one night at The Loden with my partner and it was absolutely fantastic. Staff are so friendly and helpful, the beds are incredibly comfortable and the rooms are quiet despite the location right in Coal Harbour (walkable to Stanley Park). Our only regret was not staying longer! Highly recommend!

This was one of the best stays I have ever had at a hotel! I stayed here with my girlfriend for 3 nights for a quick getaway and from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out we were treated like royalty. I kid you not when I say that it felt like we were the most important people in the world! This was top tier excellent service all around. The rooms were luxurious and we enjoyed a great city view. We also took advantage of the bikes you can check out from the front desk, which made exploring the city and the seawall a breeze! The location is also great as we were only about two or so blocks from the waterfront where we found some great restaurants and the Olympic torch next to the convention center. The Loden made our quick getaway everything we wanted it to be and more! We are very grateful for the amazing experience the Loden and its staff provided us!

I recently(Dec 22 2022) had the pleasure of staying at a hotel where the night shift manager (Basheer) went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one. From the moment we arrived, the manager was waiting for us outside the lobby and greeted us by our names, which was a nice personal touch.As we had several large suitcases, the manager was quick to help us take them to our room, ensuring that we didn't have to struggle with them ourselves. Along the way, he explained everything very well in a professional and gentle voice, making sure we were aware of all the facilities and services available to us during our stay.The manager was also very helpful in directing us to the elevator and telling us the direction of our room. He provided us with so much detail that we never got lost or confused during our stay. We truly appreciated his attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay.What made this experience even more special was the fact that we had a bit of a rough start to our trip due to an airport baggage chaos that caused us to miss our rented car appointment. However, the night shift manager was the silver lining that smoothed our fuzzy mood. His exceptional service made us forget all the hassles we had to face earlier in the day.Overall, the hotel service provided by the night shift manager was the best I've ever experienced. He definitely deserves a promotion for his excellent service and dedication to ensuring his guests have a pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service and a comfortable stay.

We stayed her for a weekend away and it was a lovely experience!! The staff are extremely friendly and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The rooms are super clean and very modern. The restaurant attached is also amazing. Location is perfect for downtown. We plan to stay here every time we visit Vancouver!

Outstanding local, boutique hotel. Excellent warm customer service - with 24 hour staffed reception. Full gym on site with Equinox also about a block away. Tableau restaurant in the lobby is lovely and provides delightful room service. Elegant, light filled rooms with luxury bed linens. The property is about 15 years old, but well maintained. The Loden is an excellent choice for discerning travelers seeking a quiet, sophisticated hotel in a prime, central address. Highly recommended.

It’s an excellent hotel! My husband and I, along with our grandchildren, stayed at the Loden before departing on a cruise to Alaska. The staff was very welcoming and very helpful. They arranged for us to see Vancouver, which is a wonderful city. The rooms were spacious and modern. The restaurant at the hotel has outstanding food. I highly recommend this hotel!
