Best dry cleaner I have tried in my life so far. Friendly personnel, and simply an excellent quality service. Whenever I bring my suits here, I consider it a bit of a luxury I'm indulging myself in. Afterwards, they look like new and smell fresher than ever. This is the only dry cleaner, where I never had any qualms about how they treated my clothes. The shop also does repairs if needed. A bespoke service worthy of bespoke suits. The prices are fair for the craftsmanship, but that means they are higher than your average dry cleaner.

Juste wow! Je m’y suis rendu sur recommandation d’un vendeur de chez SuitSupply. J’ai déposé une chemise blanche pleine de taches de vin, que je pensais irrécupérable. Quelques semaines plus tard je la récupère dans un état impeccable, elle semble comme neuve. Alors oui, vous paierez certainement un petit peu plus que chez la concurrence, mais le travail est excellent et le personnel sympathique. Super adresse!

Quality of cleaning and service very good, which is reflected in the rather high prices.Reason why I do not give them more stars is that the opening hours are very customer unfriendly.I presume that the majority of their clientèle is, like me, people working weekdays. The shop, however, closes already at 18:00 and is not open on Saturdays.When am I supposed to bring and collect my stuff with these opening hours? That's why I won't be going back there..

Very friendly personnel and the clothes were dry cleaned perfectly, no complaints. *Updated: afterwards at home I noticed that one of my items was missing a sewing hook & eye, I commented about it here and got called back immediately to look into the issue. Got my item fixed flawlessly. Super satisfied with the outcome, speed and kind attitude 10/10

If you need to have a delicate garment, such as designer clothing, expensive trench coat or a wedding dress, dry-cleaned, this is the place to have it done in Brussels. You can also use their service of cleaning these long and heavy window curtains, they even offer to collect them at your place and deliver them back nicely refreshed.

The day I went to get my dress cleaned and back, they pretended they hadn't my dress.Then, after long researches, they found my dress with a brand new stain. I cried. This dress was a unique one. Avoid this place. Too dangerous... and super unpolite to clients.
